★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu cachorro um dia na creche, às 7:00 am e peguei 19:00. Ele ficou muito feliz, chegou em casa alegre e dormiu bastante de noite, gostou muito. A creche separa os cães por tamanho (pequeno, médio e grande), é necessário levar carteira de vacinação e preencher um formulário sobre alergias, possíveis remédios (até mesmo se for necessário que eles apliquem). O atendimento foi muito bom, tem um sistema de monitoramento de câmeras e eles mandar fotos do cão nas atividades. Tem diária avulsa ou planos mensais ( 2,3,4 ou 5 vezes por semana). A creche conta ainda com espaço de festa e é possível também solicitar o serviço de banho.

The service was very good, they have a camera monitoring system and they send pictures of the dog in the activities. It has separate daily or monthly plans (2,3,4 or 5 times a week). The nursery also has a party space and it is also possible to request a bathing service.

Minha doguinha apresenta episodios de dores cronicas e eles sao sempre mt atentos no cuidado com ela! Sou cliente ha quase 3 anos e nao troco por nada!
I fully trust the entire team at Auau! They really understand canine behavior and know how to handle dogs to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My doggo has episodes of chronic pain and they are always very attentive in caring for her! I've been a customer for almost 3 years and I wouldn't trade it for anything!
