Fui primeiramente verificar a disponibilidade de atendimento para banho de um cão e informaram que haviam três cães na frente, e que na vez ligariam para informar, porém passaram-se duas horas e não ligaram. Resolvi ir até a loja, chegando lá fui recepcionado com "já íamos te ligar", mas me deixaram esperando mais de uma hora. Quando resolvi ir embora falaram: - Calma, já é a sua vez. Aguardei mais 30 minutos e nada! É uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo. Mostraram-se desorganizados e sem responsabilidade frente aos clientes. Não recomendo. Péssimo!
I just left this place. I went first to check the availability of care for a dog's bath and reported that there were three dogs in front, and would call instead to inform, but it was two hours and did not call. I decided to go to the store, getting there I was greeted with "we were going to call you", but they left me waiting over an hour. When I decided to leave, they said: - Calm down, it's your turn. I waited another 30 minutes and nothing! It is a lack of respect and professionalism. They were disorganized and without responsibility towards their customers. I do not recommend. Terrible!

Very nice place, clean and tidy. Excellent in service and care. I just think there should be a wider variety of pet products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a muito tempo, mais infelizmente levei meu cachorro pra fazer uma tosa bebê e fizeram um estrago no pelo do cachorro. Ficou cheio de falha e e a cabeça ficou muito baixa e cortaram o bigode todo do cachorro. Ficou parecendo um poodle e meu cachorro é um Lhasa apso, é um corte bem específico. Eu sempre levei para tosar e fizeram esses estrago. Fiquei muito decepcionado com o corte que fizeram e ainda deixaram uma unha do cachorro sem cortar. Espero que revejam os profissionais que fazem a tosa, não pode acontecer isso novamente.
I've been a customer for a long time, but unfortunately I took my dog to do a baby grooming and they did some damage to the dog's fur. It was full of failure and and the head was very low and cut the whole mustache of the dog. It looked like a poodle and my dog is a Lhasa apso, it's a very specific cut. I always took it to shave and they did this damage. I was very disappointed with the cut they made and still left one of the dog's nails uncut. I hope you review the professionals who do the clipping, it can't happen again.
