Sobre o local e atendimento no geral são bons, porém é a segunda vez que me cobram o valor acima ,sem me notificar com atencedência. Na primeira adicionaram um produto para dar melhor textura na pelagem, critiquei pois nem me avisaram antes. Agora , houve um reajuste de 36% ,surreal!!! e mais uma vez não me avisaram no agendamento, e olha que vou há 1 ano, bem, tive uma sensação não muito boa, de ser lesado,apesar que na hora do pagamento houve um desconto por justamente não me avisarem, mesmo assim fico na sensação que visam ganhos maiores do normal já que o clientes*da região)muitas vezes não se importam em pagar o reajuste, mas pelo que eu entendo de ética, isso está longe, apesar do bom trabalho que fazem e do bom atendimento, não devo voltar .
Exactly 1 year ago I took my pet for grooming and bathing, just these services. About the place and service in general are good, but it is the second time that I have been charged the above amount, without notifying me in advance. In the first one they added a product to give better texture to the coat, I criticized it because they didn't even warn me before. Now, there was a 36% readjustment, surreal!!! and once again they didn't tell me at the appointment, and look, I've been going for 1 year, well, I had a not very good feeling, of being injured, even though there was a discount at the time of payment because they didn't tell me, even so I stay in feeling that they aim at higher gains than normal since the customers* in the region) often do not mind paying the readjustment, but from what I understand of ethics, this is far, despite the good work they do and the good service, I should not return .
