It has veterinary care with previous appointment, with great professional. The bath is given with affection to the animal. As the store is not large, you may not find one or the other. So it didn't take 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem coisas boas e o ambiente é arrumado, mas o preço é absurdo. Uma tosa na tesoura para um shitzu, que pago 85 em outro petshop, aqui custa incríveis 199! Paga-se mais pela região em que se encontra (Vila Nova Conceição) do que pela qualidade em si.
It has good things and the atmosphere is tidy, but the price is absurd. A scissor clip for a shitzu, which I pay 85 in another petshop, here costs an incredible 199! You pay more for the region you are in (Vila Nova Conceição) than for the quality itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Sheltie para banho e trimming. Local é seguro para soltar, tem portão gaiola e isso é um grande diferencial em comparação a outros locais que já estive para banho. Atendimento foi pontual respeitando o agendamento prévio. Atendentes são cordiais, os profissionais do Banho e trimming são calmos e qualificados. Local agradável, limpo e bem equipado. Variedade de produtos voltados para alimentação livre de conservantes e afins. Recomendo os serviços. Estacionamento no local.
I took my Sheltie bathing and trimming. Place is safe to drop, has cage gate and this is a big difference compared to other places I've been to bath. Service was punctual, respecting the prior appointment. Attendants are friendly, Bath and Trimming professionals are calm and qualified. Nice place, clean and well equipped. Variety of products aimed at food free of preservatives and the like. I recommend the services. On-site parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maioria dos atendentes é gentil e carinhoso com os pets. Mas quem fez a tosa não demonstrou interesse nem foco. Demorou excessivamente, batendo papo com o colega, mesmo quando a cliente pediu para agilizar. A tutora é idosa, minha tia, que não foi atendida com o cuidado devido. Por exemplo, o mesmo funcionario liberou a vaga de estacionamento com má vontade, deixando-a vulneravel na avenida, em outro dia. Enfim, o local foi recomendadissimo, contudo parece carecer de uma liderança que treine a equipe para ter foco no cliente de forma consistente. Que pena!
Most attendants are kind and affectionate with pets. But the groomer showed no interest or focus. It took excessively long, chatting with the colleague, even when the client asked to speed up. The tutor is elderly, my aunt, who was not treated with due care. For example, the same employee reluctantly released the parking space, leaving her vulnerable on the avenue, on another day. Anyway, the place was highly recommended, however it seems to lack a leadership that trains the team to focus on the customer consistently. What a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro levar as meninas para tomar banho no Mom. A equipe super atenciosa cuida direitinho delas, fazem o serviço completinho e são carinhosos com as pequenas. Enquanto espero tem cafezinho e chá, wi fi e ambiente gostoso.
I love taking the girls to bathe in Mom. Super attentive staff takes care of them, they do the service and are very caring with the small ones. While waiting I have coffee and tea, wi fi and a nice atmosphere.
