Quality products, but expensive above average. Lousy service. Store managers want to impose what you must install in the car, and always “push” the most expensive one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era excelente, mas parece que mudou a equipe, e agora tudo está decepcionante. Sempre levei meus carros mas essa última experiência foi triste.
Deixaram meu cabo com vários pedaços de fios tudo sujo eu mesmo tive que limpar.
Além das borrachas das portas ficarem todas soltas, a do passageiro caiu em cima da minha namorada bem triste tive que encaixar todas.
Espero que voltem a prestar o atendimento que eles tinham.
It was excellent, but the team seems to have changed, and now everything is disappointing. I always took my cars but this last experience was sad.
They left my cable with several pieces of wire, everything was dirty and I had to clean it myself.
In addition to the rubbers on the doors being all loose, the one on the passenger fell on top of my girlfriend, very sad I had to fit them all.
I hope they return to providing the service they had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito bom, os profissionais que executam a instalação, são extremamente capacitados, única coisa que não me fez dar 5 estrelas foi a atitude da gerente (esposa do dono) quando eu estava saindo com o carro ela não notou que eu ainda estava lá e comentou com um membro da equipe que eu era muito chorão por pedir desconto, o preço deles é acima da média, mas o profissionalismo compensa o valor alto. É só não pedir desconto para eles e tá tudo certo.
Very good service, the professionals who perform the installation, are extremely trained, the only thing that didn't give me 5 stars was the attitude of the manager (wife of the owner) when I was leaving with the car she didn't notice that I was still there and commented to a member of the team that I was very crying for asking for a discount, their price is above average, but the professionalism makes up for the high value. Just don't ask for a discount for them and everything is fine.
