Excellence in service, extremely cordial and knowledgeable of the devices that are of great quality. First attendance is very good, and even better is the "after sales", always willing to serve as best as possible. It could not be better, really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida. Demora para responder perguntas pelos canais disponibilizados e para agendamento . Não consegui iniciar o teste com aparelho no primeiro contato, ida a loja. Só no dia do início do teste, mesmo tendo contato anterior de cerca de uma hora, me disseram que meu celular "não pareava" com o aparelho. Péssimo atendimento da fonoaudióloga responsável. Não recomendo
I was very poorly attended. It takes time to answer questions through available channels and for scheduling. I was not able to start the test with the device in the first contact, going to the store. Just on the day of the test, even though I had been in contact for about an hour, I was told that my cell phone "did not match" with the device. Poor care by the speech therapist in charge. I do not recommend
