Calvary International Church – Calvary International Church is a church where English speaking people gather to worship God, study the Bible, pray, fellowship and serve Him, so we can mature in Christ and scatter to evangelize and disciple others. - Calvary.org.br
Calvary International Church is an English-speaking Baptist church located in São Paulo, Brazil. We are currently looking for a new lead pastor. Someone who is fluent in English, knows or is willing to learn Portuguese, and is theologically qualified to be the primary spiritual leader of our church. He will lead the Board of Deacons and with it have oversight over the church ministries. As a true shepherd, he should feed the flock with sound exegetical preaching, be vigilant in prayer and lovingly pastor those in his care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still reeling with joy and excitement upon returning from the worship service with this group of believers this morning. I was in town on business and I’m glad I made the effort to go. There is something so sweet in the fellowship you get when you travel to another country and worship with believers who know and love the same Christ that you do.
They seem to really value expository preaching and the pastor did a wonderful job of articulating about God‘s holiness when Moses asked to see his glory (Ex. ch 34). They seem to value good preachers and authors that are sound in doctrine. They began a series from Ligonier ministries in Sunday school today.
The service is 100% in English and they seem to have people from many nations who attend, as well as many Brazilians who speak English or are learning.
