Conheci o local.... limpo... cães bem tratados... Felizes... funcionários prestativos, atenciosos e bem informados...
Visitei o local com um colega de trabalho...visitamos duas creches em BH ...essa sem dúvida está apta a receber os cães...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui seu cão é tratado como um membro da família! E eles ainda ensinam métodos de adestramento para os donos. Pra mim, o ponto mais positivo é o meu cachorro chegar em casa bem cansado e ficar mais tranquilo.
Here your dog is treated like a member of the family! And they even teach owners training methods. For me, the most positive point is that my dog comes home very tired and is calmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidaram muito bem dos meus 3 cachorros nos 2 dias de hospedagem. Nos enviaram vídeos para nos mostrar como estavam. Pretendo voltar a deixá-los para o day care.
They took very good care of my 3 dogs in the 2 days of accommodation. They sent us videos to show us how they were doing. I intend to leave them for day care again.

Foi o terceiro ano seguido que deixei minhas duas shitszu, nos dois primeiros foi tudo perfeito, mas parece que mudaram a equipe de funcionários... Uma das minhas cachorras voltou com uma úlcera no olho esquerdo, banho porcamente dado (se é que foi), o pelo das duas TOTALMENTE embolado!!!
Não paguei para que elas tenham um canto para dormir apenas e sim para que sejam BEM cuidadas!!!
Após o período de tratamento da minha cachorra até enviei uma msg a proprietária relatando o acontecido... Nem se deu o trabalho de responder!!!
Negligentes e despreparados, isso define o aufabeto atual!!!

It was the third year in a row that I left my two shitszu, in the first two everything was perfect, but it seems they changed the staff... , the fur of the two TOTALLY tangled!!!
I didn't pay for them to have a corner to sleep only, but for them to be WELL taken care of!!!
After my dog's treatment period, I even sent a message to the owner reporting what happened... She didn't even bother to respond!!!
Negligent and unprepared, that defines the current alphabet!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar sensacional, onde pude ver com alegria como são tratados os animais. Não é um lugar onde toma conta de cães, é realmente uma escola onde tem hora para brincar, nadar, passear na rua, comer e dormir. Cheguei no horário das brincadeiras e todos estavam agitados e de repente todos calados dormindo pois tinham comido e era hora de dormir... Só tenho palavras para elogiar o trabalho da equipe.
Amazing place where I could see with joy how animals are treated. It is not a place where dogs are taken care of, it is really a school where you have time to play, swim, walk in the street, eat and sleep. I arrived at the time of the games and everyone was agitated and suddenly all silent sleeping because they had eaten and it was bedtime ... I only have words to compliment the work of the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cao ficou na hospedagem de fds e não volta lá, a não ser que seja o único hotel de cachorro de BH.
1°_ já no dia da avaliação me falaram que ele teria que tomar uma vacina pra gripe, que de fato apareceu o adesivo no cartão de vacinas, mas EU NAO VI ele tomar e nem me foi informado quando tomou, além de que a própria equipe não sabia que ele havia tomado tendo eu de lembra-los na hora do pagamento. Nao me disseram de poderia ter reações, ou que tipo de reações.
2°_ nos foram prometidos vídeos, fotos e/ou feed back dele durante a hospedagem. Continuo aguardando....
3°_ não querem mais nenhum cachorro no Day care, pois solicitei orçamentos pelo menos 4 vezes no período de 3 dias.
Estava empolgada para deixá-lo lá a quando levei para fazer a avaliação, pois me pareceu um lugar serio e compromissado, onde não era qualquer cão que se hospedava aí. Mas nunca fiquei tão decepcionada. Esperava pelo menos um feed back ao buaca-lo, mas nem entrar no local me foi permitido, entregaram o cachorro e nem falaram tchau, apenas fecharam o portão. Que descaso.
Estou aqui sem saber se ele comeu bem, ou estranhou o local (coisa normal de acontecer), se ele passou bem a noite, ou se ele conseguiu brincar durante o dia. Foi pior deixá-lo lá do que em casa, pois em casa tenho uma câmera e sei o como ele passa o dia.
Então, a vocês do AUFABETO, deixo com muito pesar a minha insatisfação. Vocês deveriam entender que os cães são, para a maioria dos donos, como filhos. Deveriam ter o mínimo de atenção e pelo menos passar um feed back para os donos. Muito lamentável um lugar com tanto potencial com um serviço tão fraco.
Busquei hoje o meu cão e ele está com febre e prostrado, não quis brincar e nem comer. Pode ser reação da vacina, pode ser que ficou deprimido no hotelzinho, pode ser mil coisas pois não sei o que se passou nesses últimos dias.
E se você, assim como eu, se preocupa com o bem estar do seu cão, eu nao recomento os serviços do Aufabeto
My dog stayed at the fds hosting and won't come back unless it's BH's only dog hotel.
1 ° _ already on the day of the evaluation told me that he would have to get a flu vaccine, that in fact the sticker appeared on the vaccination card, but I DIDN'T see him take it and was not even informed when he took it, besides that The staff did not know that he had taken me having to remind them at the time of payment. I was not told I could have reactions, or what kind of reactions.
2 ° _ We were promised videos, photos and / or feed back of him during the hosting. Still waiting....
3 ° _ no more dogs in Day care, because I requested budgets at least 4 times in the period of 3 days.
I was excited to leave him there when I took the assessment, because it seemed like a serious and committed place where not any dog was staying there. But I have never been so disappointed. I was expecting at least one feed back when I got him, but I wasn't even allowed to go in, they gave the dog up and didn't say goodbye, just closed the gate. What a neglect.
I'm here not knowing if he ate well, or strange place (normal thing to happen), if he spent the night well, or if he managed to play during the day. It was worse to leave him there than at home, because at home I have a camera and I know how he spends the day.
So, to you at the AUFABETO, I very much regret my dissatisfaction. You should understand that dogs are, for most owners, like children. They should pay the least attention and at least pass a feed back to the owners. Very unfortunate a place with so much potential with such poor service.
I sought my dog today and he has a fever and prostrate, did not want to play or eat. It could be a vaccine reaction, it could be that you got depressed in the hotel, it could be a thousand things because I don't know what happened in the last few days.
And if you, like me, care about your dog's welfare, I don't recommend Aufabeto's services.

Recebo fotos conforme solicito e vejo as atividades pelo instagram da equipe. Super humanos e cuidadosos com nossos filhos. Enquanto forem assim, defenderei até o final ♥️??
Loguinha amaaa o ufa!! It's his second home and is very well received, he arrives happy, eager to go in and have fun, he comes home looking like he had fun all day. I receive photos as I request and view activities via the team's instagram. Super human and caring for our children. While they are like this, I will defend until the end ♥️??
