★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu anilmalzinho lá , mas me sentí insegura, apos a demora de 4 horas...a moça ( Carol) me explicou que a máquina de tosa cortou um pouco a pele.Qdo peguei meu coelho ela havia dado 5 pontos nele e o corte foi profundo.
I took my pet there, but I felt insecure, after the delay of 4 hours ... the girl (Carol) explained to me that the grooming machine cut the skin a little. When I took my rabbit she had given it 5 stitches and the cut it was profound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bob frequenta o Pet House há 9 anos para consulta, banho e hotel. Sempre fomos bem atendidos. A antiga Dona (Dr. Carol) é um amor de pessoa e mega atenciosa. A nova Dona (Dr. Letícia) é super atenciosa, competente e muito carinhosa com os bichos.
Bob attends the Pet House for 9 years for consultation, bath and hotel. We were always well attended. The former Owner (Dr. Carol) is a super loving and caring person. The new owner (Dr. Letícia) is super attentive, competent and very affectionate with the animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos melhores petshops sem dúvidas, o atendimento é excelente, tratam muito bem, além de que o preço é ótimo! Meu gato e minha cachorrinha só vão na Pet House, tanto para banho quanto para atendimento veterinário (inclusive, a veterinária é a melhor!).
One of the best petshops without a doubt, the service is excellent, they treat very well, and the price is great! My cat and my dog only go to the Pet House, both for bathing and for veterinary care (including, the vet is the best!).
