★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção e a localização são excelentes. Já tinha visitado o PSA no outro endereço para consultas veterinárias e castração e foi ótimo. Estivemos nesse endereço 2 vezes para banho e tosa e a [única] tosadora é muito resistente, se você pede qualquer coisa diferente de uma tosa padrão ela cria dificuldade e regras do tipo "você não pode fazer assim". Além disso nas duas vezes ela não atendeu o que pedimos e ficamos insatisfeitos.
The service at the reception and the location are excellent. I had already visited the PSA at the other address for veterinary consultations and castration and it was great. We have been to this address twice for bathing and grooming and the [only] groomer is very resistant, if you ask for anything other than a standard grooming it creates difficulties and rules like "you can't do it like this". In addition, both times she did not answer what we asked for and we were dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, muito atenciosos e cuidadosos com os animais. Local de fácil acesso e muito organizado. Banho e tosa impecáveis, sempre levo meu filho de quatro patas e ele volta com um perfume maravilhoso e o banho dura por muitos dias. Super recomendo.
Excellent service, very attentive and careful with the animals. Easy access and very organized. Impeccable bath and grooming, I always take my four-legged son and he comes back with a wonderful perfume and the bath lasts for many days. I highly recommend it.
