Após descobrir que ela estava com pedras na bexiga e precisaria de uma cirurgia de urgência devido à urina estar presa, Dr. Rafael que não conhecia minha cachorrinha se disponibilizou a ópera-lá em um domingo, após ter feito uma cirurgia de emergência de madrugada. Foi extremamente atencioso, profissional, conscencioso, competente e carinhoso com minha cachorrinha e comigo durante todo o processo. Um profissional que se nota que trabalha por vocação e amor aos animais, só tenho a agradecer ao Dr, Rafael e recomendo de olhos fechados!
I am at a loss for words to describe how wonderful Dr. Rafael was with my puppy. After discovering that she had bladder stones and would need urgent surgery due to the urine being trapped, Dr. Rafael, who did not know my dog, offered the opera there on a Sunday, after having an emergency surgery at dawn. He was extremely attentive, professional, conscientious, competent and loving to my dog and me throughout the process. A professional who can be seen working for vocation and love of animals, I can only thank Dr, Rafael and recommend it with my eyes closed!
