★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa empresa comprou um motor (zero) nesta loja a ser instalado no portão eletrônico de um condomínio o qual nos considera como ótimos prestadores de serviços; A compra foi em março deste ano e ao ser instalado apresentou problemas de barulho. Levamos para mnt no dia 27/05,. Recebemos semanas depois e Instalamos novamente e apresentou o mesmo problema, voltamos e pegamos novamente o mesmo motor no dia 10/07, desta vez, com a carcaça toda trocada (zero), porem, sem o rosqueamento para afixação nos 04 furos, o qual tivemos que arcar com R$ 60,00 para fazê-lo, caso contrario, não seria possível a afixado, e não dava para voltar na Aut Larme para reclamar novamente, visto a distância, horário e nosso compromisso firmado com o cliente...
Porem, ligamos no mesmo dia para sabermos da "imperfeição da manutenção" e para nossa surpresa, o atendente nos passou para um "técnico" que depois de insistimos sobre o assunto, "desligou" o telefone e até o momento não nos retornou para maiores informações....
Gostaríamos de sermos tratados como clientes, e em nada de especial, simplesmente sermos respeitados..., assim como respeitávamos antes de compramos tal motor!

We would like to be treated like customers, and in nothing special, simply to be respected ..., just as we did before we bought such an engine!
