★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei alguns itens em uma promoção relâmpago no aplicativo do ifood e essa foi uma das lojas. Tive um problema com uma entrega, de outra empresa e abri o aplicativo para reclamar. Como não uso com frequência achei que estava falando com o sac do aplicativo, não por pedido e comecei a reclamação para o estorno. Quando entendi a situação voltei no app para avisar que não era essa a empresa. Um motoboy veio até meu prédio, me ameaçou, ameaçou ligar para a polícia, xingou e eu tentando explicar a situação. Falei que efetuaria o pagamento novamente. Só que ele queria me cobrar o valor fora da promoção e a taxa de entrega, que mesmo fora da promoção era grátis. Efetuei o pagamento porém foi uma situação muito constrangedora e falta de respeito pelo cliente. É o jeito que fala sabe?? Foi desnecessário total. Podiam ter tido outra abordagem, já que vi no aplicativo que os mesmos já atrasaram pedidos ou não entregaram
