★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood e o pedido atrasou em 40 minutos. Fui reclamar com o restaurante e me falaram que o pedido não havia saído da loja e quando fui ver o status do pedido dava como se já estivesse com o motoboy. Achei o hambúrguer bem mais ou menos e a batata muito murcha.
I placed an order for Ifood and the order was delayed by 40 minutes. I went to complain to the restaurant and they told me that the order had not left the store and when I went to see the order status it was as if I were already with the courier. I found the hamburger more or less and the potato very wilted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche com atraso de uns 10 minutos. Quando chegou não gostei do tamanho, achei muito pequeno, não é tão saboroso e batata murcha. Sem contar que tudo estava frio.
Snack with a delay of about 10 minutes. When it arrived I didn't like the size, I found it too small, it's not so tasty and wilted potatoes. Not to mention that everything was cold.

Pedi por aplicativo, o motoboy não achou a minha casa(???), E tudo bem, acontece, mas o que foi péssimo foi o atendimento posterior, o feedback, como se eu tivesse feito de propósito (??), Ou se colocar um culpado pelo ocorrido fosse mais importante do que resolver a situação. Queria o lanche, mas essa opção nem sequer me foi dada. Precisa de um treinamento, uma capacitação, para apenas saber lidar com imprevistos ou inconvenientes que possam acontecer com quem trabalha com aplicativos e entrega. Não recomendo

Fui pessoalmente por ser praticamente do lado do hotel, fui muito bem atendido pela moça do balcão, o lanche ficou pronto rápido e achei muito gostoso. Super indico pra quem está hospedado no hotel Ibis, por ser rápido e prático pra quem chegou na cidade e não conhece nada.

I went personally because it is practically next to the hotel, I was very well attended by the girl at the counter, the snack was ready quickly and I thought it was very tasty.
