★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chamo David, sou morador da região, aluno da SmartFit e frequentador da Praça dos Eucaliptos. Na última quinta feira (dia 21/11/2019) estive em frente ao seu empreendimento, estacionando meu automóvel, por volta das 17h. Encontrei uma vaga e retirei o cone que ali estava, entendendo que por ser uma via pública, todos podem utilizar das vagas. Após manobrar o meu carro percebi olhares dos dois manobristas dos empreendimentos da casa número 520, mas ninguém falou nada diretamente comigo. Ao retornar, aproximadamente 1h depois, meu carro estava com um arranhão (aparentemente feito com chave ou faca) do porta malas ate a porta do carona, uma linha continua. Estou entrando em contato para pedir que eduquem e controlem seus manobristas. As vagas são publicas e ninguém tem o direito de depredar patrimônio alheio. Nunca tive problemas com eles ou qualquer um no bairro. Somente as filmagens externas do seu empreendimento podem flagrar o momento que fizeram, por isso não estou solicitando nenhum dinheiro. Peço apenas que orientem seus funcionários a serem educados e respeitarem as leis, a rua não é deles. Eles destroem a sua imagem para os seus futuros clientes. Nunca fui cliente da Authentic Fit e dos outros empreendimentos da Casa 520, mas a unica experiencia que tive foi essa, de funcionários despreparados, agressivos e covardes. Não encontrei contato dos outros empreendimentos ainda, mas peço que repasse para os mesmos. Os seus manobristas estão criando uma imagem péssima dos seus negócios e talvez vocês nem saibam.
My name is David, I'm a resident of the region, a SmartFit student and a regular at Eucalyptus Square. Last Thursday (21/11/2019) I was in front of your venture, parking my car, around 17h. I found a vacancy and removed the cone that was there, understanding that as it is a public road, everyone can use the vacancies. After maneuvering my car, I noticed glances from the two valets of house number 520, but no one spoke directly to me. Upon returning about 1h later, my car had a scratch (apparently made with key or knife) from the trunk to the passenger door, a continuous line. I'm contacting you to ask them to educate and control their valets. Vacancies are public and no one has the right to depreciate other people's assets. Never had problems with them or anyone in the neighborhood. Only the external footage of your venture can catch the moment they made it, so I'm not asking for any money. I only ask that you direct your employees to be polite and abide by the laws, the street is not theirs. They destroy your image for your future customers. I have never been a client of Authentic Fit and other Casa 520 ventures, but the only experience I had was that of unprepared, aggressive, and cowardly employees. I haven't found contact with the other ventures yet, but I ask you to pass them on. Your valets are creating a bad image of your business and you may not even know it.
