Creio que o problema do carro era um problema grande demais para a oficina conseguir resolver, mas sequer quis avaliar direito, falava aos berros, comigo e com os funcionários. Além de muito mal educado, como se os clientes dependessem dele e não o contrário, mostrou-se desorganizado com horários e demandas
Mr Jorge, I don't know if it's the owner or the manager, very rude. He simply refused to look at the car. I think the car problem was too big a problem for the workshop to be able to solve, but I didn't even want to evaluate it properly, I was yelling at me and the employees. In addition to being very rude, as if customers depended on him and not the other way around, he was disorganized with schedules and demands
