Pq tenho que levar onde eu fiz anteriormente. Mas super indico, pessoas honesta e transparente. Em breve retornarei. Obrigado
 Today I was at the workshop. Super nice people, we stayed in my car all day. And in the end it was a problem that I had done elsewhere, so I didn't solve it. Because I have to take it where I did it previously. But super recommended, honest and transparent people. I will return soon. Thank you

Estava com um vazamento no radiador, e a água estava voltando pra baixo do carpete do passageiro, eles me passaram um orçamento bem alto e resolvi não fazer com eles.
Quando fui retirar o carro, ele ainda estava mexido e aberto, carpete levantado e quando pedi pra fecharem para poder ir embora, o funcionário me diz com o maior cinismo "já estava assim"

Approving the budget they serve you well, now if you decide not to do it... don't count on them!
I had a leak in the radiator, and the water was coming back under the passenger's carpet, they gave me a very high budget and I decided not to do it with them.
When I went to pick up the car, it was still moved and opened, the carpet was up and when I asked them to close it so I could leave, the employee told me with the utmost cynicism "it was already like this"
total neglect
I will not return and do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro que tava a mais de uma semana apresentando falhas na injeção. O rapaz pediu 1 dia pra avaliar o problema e passar orçamento. Com 3 horas depois ele me liga e fala, Sr Geovane o seu veículo estava apenas com o computador de bordo desconfigurado, já reajustei e o sr pode vir buscar o veículo. Chegando pra retirar não foi me cobrado nada, mas eu como tenho bom sendo deixei um valor como agradecimento. (Se fosse em outro local com certeza seria cobrado um absurdo e me faria trocar umas peças). Só tenho a agradecer pela honestidade e competência dos profissionais participar dessa oficina....
I took my car that had been over a week showing injection failure. The boy asked for 1 day to assess the problem and give a budget. After 3 hours he calls me and says, Mr Geovane your vehicle was only with the on-board computer unconfigured, I have already readjusted it and you can pick up the vehicle. Arriving to pick up I was not charged anything, but as I am good I left a value as thanks. (If it were in another location, it would certainly be charged absurd and would make me change some parts). I can only thank you for the honesty and competence of the professionals participating in this workshop ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não fui o primeiro cliente do Celso, fui um dos primeiros, desde o tempo que a oficina era na garagem da casa dele. Sao mais de 30 anos levando meus carros lá e não confio em outros mecânicos. O Douglas conheci quando tinha 3, 4 anos, aprendeu muito com o pai e com os cursos que fez. Excelente atendimento e qualidade no trabalho.
Recomendo e muito...
If I wasn't Celso's first customer, I was one of the first, since the workshop was in his garage. I've been driving my cars there for over 30 years and I don't trust other mechanics. Douglas I met when he was 3, 4 years old, he learned a lot from his father and from the courses he took. Excellent service and quality at work.

Os principais motivos para minha fidelidade foram 1) organização no cadastro e histórico do cliente, 2) a clareza na hora de informar o orçamento e 3) qualidade do serviço. Douglas e Fernanda são muito atenciosos e profissionais. Recomendo para quem mora na região.
I became a Car Cel customer in 2018, after doing a general overhaul on the Citroen C3, right after buying it semi new. The main reasons for my loyalty were 1) organization in the registration and customer history, 2) clarity when informing the budget and 3) quality of service. Douglas and Fernanda are very attentive and professional. I recommend it to anyone who lives in the region.
