★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja boa, . Fazem o serviço certo., Acesso bom, preços de menutencoes do serviço adequado como outra loja. Só tive um problema quando fui atendido pelo funcionário Carlinhos., o bicho fazia o serviço parava, voltava a faser parava de novo. Voltava a faser e parava pra fase outras coisas. Isso é horrível. Prestem mais atenção nisso. Começou um serviço terminem até o final. Me. Senti meio enrolado nessa parte. Até que outro funcionário veio e fez o serviço terminando que o cara deixou parado.
 Good store,. They do the right service., Good access, prices of suitable services like other stores. I only had a problem when I was attended by the employee Carlinhos., The animal did the job stopped, returned to stop again. I returned to faser and stopped other things. This is horrible. Pay more attention to that. A service started to finish by the end. Me. I felt kind of wrapped up in that part. Until another employee came and did the job, the guy stopped.

I swiped the credit card and they charged the most. Even seeing the error, they refused to return the amount. I will never come back

Terrible...they managed to scratch the 4 wheels of my car, a 2016 Corolla in the tire assembly....several tying attempts...awaiting reimbursement for.wheel repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha a estrutura e a falta de atendimento. De centro automotivo não tem nada. Está mais para uma mecânica fuleira. Não entendo como o Carrefour tem uma parceria dessas.
Shame on the structure and lack of service. An automotive center has nothing. It's more of a crappy mechanic. I don't understand how Carrefour has such a partnership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma das piores experiências com esta rede, porém na unidade que fica dentro do Carrefour da Giovanni Gronchi, zona sul de São Paulo. Fui instalar meus pneus novos e os `profissionais` apontaram diversos defeitos que meu carro não tinha. Disseram que eu precisava trocas as pastilhas dianteiras e o óleo, meu carro não apresentava chiado nem falhas na frenagem; disseram que 3 das 4 rodas do carro estavam empenadas (acho até que eles empenaram) sendo que o volante do meu carro nunca trepidou em alta velocidade. Além de tudo isso, durante a troca dos pneus, a energia acabou e meu carro ficou de sábado para segunda suspenso. Enfim, um bando de golpistas.
I had one of the worst experiences with this chain, but at the unit that is inside the Carrefour by Giovanni Gronchi, south of São Paulo. I went to install my new tires and the 'professionals' pointed out several defects that my car did not have. They said that I needed to change the front pads and the oil, my car had no squeaking or braking failures; they said that 3 of the 4 wheels of the car were bent (I think they did) and the steering wheel of my car never rattled at high speed. In addition to all this, during the change of tires, the energy ran out and my car stayed from Saturday to Monday suspended. Anyway, a bunch of scammers.

Wonderful, good service, good structure, in relation to spending money well spent, they only guide us what really needs to be done, not like other stores that just want to rob us, thank you all from global hug!!!!
