★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para fazer alinhamento e balanceamento e vieram com a conversa de que seria necessário fazer a famosa cambagem. Como havia acabado de trocar os pneus, optei em fazer para evitar futuros problemas com os pneus novos. Bom, efetuei os serviços e após sair da loja notei um barulho estranho na suspensão do meu carro, como se tivesse algo solto. Agora vou levar em outra oficina para solucionar o problema. Resumindo: não recomendo a loja. Oferecem serviços desnecessários (a cambagem para o meu carro “não existe”, o correto seria apenas alinhar e balancear). Portanto, me senti lesado e não senti confiança em voltar no lugar para averiguar o motivo do barulho.
I took my car to do alignment and balancing and came with the conversation that it would be necessary to make the famous swap. As I had just changed the tires, I opted to do to avoid future problems with the new tires. Well, I did the services and after leaving the store I noticed a strange noise in the suspension of my car, as if it had something loose. Now I'm going to take another workshop to solve the problem. Bottom line: I do not recommend the store. They offer unnecessary services (the changeover to my car "does not exist", the correct one would just be align and balance). So I felt injured and did not feel confident to go back in the place to find out the reason for the noise.
