Serviço demorado com muita falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente.
Passaram um orçamento por telefone, deixei o carro lá já falaram outra coisa completamente diferente, cada hora era um problema que surgia. Pedirem 3 dias pra fazer o serviço, deixei o carro lá mais de 1 semana e pasmem, peguei o carro e boa parte do que foi falado que iria ser feito não foi. Descaso total com os clientes, só pensam no retorno financeiro. Não vale o preço, procurem outro lugar, esse é furada. Nunca mais volto.

Long service with a lot of professionalism and respect for the customer.
They spent a budget over the phone, I left the car there, they said something completely different, every hour was a problem that arose. They asked for 3 days to do the job, I left the car there for more than 1 week and they were amazed, I took the car and much of what was said that was going to be done was not. Total neglect with customers, they only think about the financial return. It is not worth the price, look elsewhere, this one is stuck. I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior mecânica e péssimo atendimento , recomendo que não seja nem a última opção de quem precisa fazer algo no carro , proprietário do veículo não pode acompanhar junto ao mecânico a checagem no veículo , eles falam que vão ligar fim de tarde e sempre tem surpresa a mais do que previsto !
Worst mechanics and poor service , I recommend that it is not even the last option for those who need to do something in the car , the vehicle owner can not accompany the vehicle check with the mechanic , they say they will call in the late afternoon and there are always more surprises than expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Mesmo o preço sendo um pouco mais alto, dei preferência por fazer o serviço lá por achar que era de confiança. Após instalarem câmeras de ré no meu carro, o multimídia deu defeito e não consigo utilizar mais os comandos do volante. Levei de volta pra consertarem e além de não conseguirem resolver, arranharam o meu carro. Fiquei muito frustrada, além de pagar pelo serviço, levei o carro pra casa com dois defeitos que não tinha. Lamentável, pois o atendimento é ótimo e o lugar transmite muita segurança.

After installing reverse cameras in my car, the multimedia failed and I can't use the steering wheel controls anymore. I took it back to fix it and besides not being able to solve it, they scratched my car. I was very frustrated, in addition to paying for the service, I took the car home with two defects that I didn't have. Unfortunately, the service is great and the place is very safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço dos serviços caro. Quis forçar troca de pneus, mesmo ainda estando acima da marca da troca, ameaçando que numa blitz o guincho Santos não perdoa, etc.
Abordagem nada profissional. Já haviam me alertado, mas arrisquei.
E ainda tive que refazer em outro lugar o balanceamento que ficou horrível.
Não volto nunca mais. Não recomendo.

Desculpe, só blá blá blá...o pneu era usado, mas primeira linha, e não era riscado. Leviano vc afirmar isso. Será que sou eu que não entendo? Quer uma foto do pneu? Está anexo, veja aí o pneu "sem condições".
Como disse na avaliação acima, eu sei o que é um TWI, e ele está muito acima da marca, conforme a foto prova.
Mas se o pneu realmente estivesse com defeito e não desse balanceamento, pq fez e cobrou? Pq não avisou que não ficaria bom? É o mínimo que um bom profissional faria. Pra quê né, o cara é de fora mesmo, vamos só cobrar.
Quis me orientar? Desculpe, tenho experiência de vida e profissional suficiente pra saber a diferença entre orientação e "terrorismo" com o intuito de vender.
E pra finalizar, onde refiz o serviço, o pneu ficou perfeitamente balanceado. Ou seja, serviço foi péssimo.
Não volto nunca mais. Não recomendo.

As I said in the review above, I know what a TWI is, and it is way above the mark, as the photo shows.
But if the tire was really defective and not balanced, why did you charge it? Why didn't you say it wouldn't be good? It is the least that a good professional would do. For what, right, the guy is from outside, let's just charge.
Did you orient me? Sorry, I have enough life and professional experience to know the difference between orientation and "terrorism" in order to sell.
And finally, where I redid the service, the tire was perfectly balanced. That is, service was terrible.
I'll never be back. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram horário para quinta 31/03 deixei o carro as 9:30 as 15:00 me mandam mensagem que iriam começar a verificar o carro, as 17 que não iriam conseguir fazer nada no carro se eu queria deixar o carro para verificar no dia seguinte, ou seja fiquei sem o carro um dia inteiro gastei 50,00 reais com 3 viagens de uber, apresentei os recibos não fui ressarcido, nunca mais volto neste local, onde já tive problema anterior, fui dar uma segunda chance e realmente sem condição muito desorganizados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha ido nessa oficina e até gostado, porém desta vez foi péssimo, deixei meu carro na segunda de manhã, e hoje quarta feira ainda não me foi passado orçamento de uma simples troca de correia do alternador, ao invés disso o carro fica lá parado e me foi passado orçamento de várias peças e serviços desnecessários, tive que voltar e pagar o carro desmontado, ainda levando canseira pra isso. Enfim sai de lá e fui em outra oficina que me resolveu o problema em 1 hora, me cobrando 10% do valor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, possuem funcionários, não profissionais, executaram serviços inclusive não contratados e orçados previamente, (aquela velha estratégia de dizer que é um checkup sem compromisso e no final executam o "trabalho"deles.)
foi apenas para trocar os 4 pneus e Estepe, perguntaram do check-up e eu dei ok, carro saiu com cabos de velas mal conectado, tampa do radiador mal colocada que quase me ocasionou super aquecimento, nao trocaram o pneu do estepe, superfaturaram os "bicos" das rodas que segundo ele é obrigatório a troca quando troca-se os pneus, e ainda me cobraram um alinhamento #D que eu DEIXEI BEM CLARO QUE NÃO QUERIA, pois eu a bucha da bandeja teria de ser trocada e eles nem tinham.
ou seja, só dor de cabeça.
O Sr. Paulo um dos sócios é um excelente vendedor, foi ele quem disse que esta com problemas de pessoal e sem profissionais comprometidos, no entanto quando apresentado os problemas ele diz que não tem poder de devolução de valores etc, e me concederam outro alinhamento quando eu fizer a troca de bucha da bandeja (que não farei lá por motivos óbvios)
resumo que se ferrou foi eu.

it was just to change the 4 tires and the spare tire, they asked about the check-up and I said ok, the car came out with poorly connected spark plug wires, the radiator cap was badly placed which almost caused me to overheat, they did not change the spare tire, they overpriced the "nozzles" of the wheels that according to him it is mandatory to change when changing the tires, and they even charged me an alignment #D that I MADE VERY CLEAR THAT I DIDN'T WANT, because the bushing of the tray would have to be changed and they didn't even have it .
I mean, just a headache.
Mr. Paulo one of the partners is an excellent salesman, he was the one who said he has personnel problems and no committed professionals, however when presenting the problems he says he has no power to return values etc, and they granted me another alignment when I do changing the tray bushing (which I won't do there for obvious reasons)
summary that screwed up was me.
