★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 29/10/21 fui trocar os pneus da minha moto, uma Tiger 800, nesta loja. O rapaz retirou e montou a roda, porém, na hora de colocar no lugar, ele simplesmente não sabia realizar o procedimento. Foi necessário chamar um mecânico de outra loja para resolver o problema. Foram 2:30 de espera pra trocar os dois pneus da moto. Cabe salientar que, além da falta de preparo do funcionário, a empresa também é responsável por colocar alguém despreparado e não dar o treinamento necessário ao rapaz. Não recomendo a loja e nunca mais volto nessa rede.

It was necessary to call a mechanic from another store to solve the problem. There were 2:30 waiting to change the two tires on the bike. Fiquei pasmo quando o funcionário disse que na minha moto ele só trocaria os pneus. Nem óleo trocariam... Como assim? Não tocariam nela nem mesmo para trocar o óleo? Se precisar, eu troco em casa de tão fácil que é...

Fiquei com a forte impressão que que só querem a combinação de motos pequenas e serviços fáceis...
