Acabei de ligar para igreja e fui surpreendida com uma grosseria pelo telefone. liguei, e perguntei se poderiam me informar o telefone da matriz pois gostaria de marcar o batismo do meu filho! A funcionária grosseiramente disse que era domingo e que a matriz estava fechada.
Eu disse a ela que não precisava falar daquele jeito, pois só queria o telefone.. ela desligou o telefone fazendo uma grosseria!
Estou pasma ! É uma repartição pública , ou é um local de acolhimento ???? Terrível.
I always go to Mass in this church and thought about doing my Son's baptisms there! I just called the church and was surprised by the rudeness over the phone. I called, and asked if they could tell me the mother’s phone number because I would like to book my son’s baptism! The employee rudely said it was Sunday and the headquarters was closed.
I told her I didn't need to talk like that, because I just wanted the phone ... she hung up the phone rudely!
I'm amazed! Is it a public office, or is it a place of reception ???? Terrible.
