★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalei um kit conforto da marca Tury (sobe os vidros e rebate os retrovisores) há alguns meses e começou a apresentar problema. O gerente Jordean se prontificou a resolver e o consultor Sérgio me recebeu muito bem na loja. Resolveram o problema e o kit voltou a funcionar.
I installed a Tury comfort kit (raises the windows and folds the mirrors) a few months ago and it started to have a problem. The manager Jodean was ready to solve it and the consultant Sérgio received me very well in the store. They fixed the problem and the kit started working again.

O Insulfilm foi o mais caro que vi, passei em todas as lojas da Av Maria Campos, além da caixa de som slim, a mesma caixa vc encontra na internet pela metade do preço...eu sei que vcs instalam e tal mas não justifica uma mão de obra de 500,00.
Edited: Good place with good service, but prices are above market.
The Insulfilm was the most expensive I've seen, I went to all the stores on Av Maria Campos, in addition to the slim speaker, the same box you can find on the internet for half the price... I know you install it and such, but it doesn't justify a workforce of 500.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema na loja ao instalar um aparelho de som,conseguiram queimar o sistema de air-bag...no outro dia me ligaram pois ja providenciaram peça danificada..fui fazer a troca entao o sr jordean me comunicou que o air-bag nao iria funcionar por problema no painel do carro...entao questionei que o problema tinha acontecido na loja...o mesmo diz que nao podia fazer nd pois pelo seu conhecimento o problema estaria no carro...ele entendia e era estudado no assunto...entao sr jordean, tbm trabalho com atendimento ao publico,o minimo que esperei de vcs foi uma ligacao pra saber se eu tinha resolvido ou nao...e onde trabalho procuro resolver os problemas,ainda mais ocasionados na loja...
I had a problem at the store when installing a stereo, they managed to burn the air-bag system...the other day they called me because they had already provided a damaged part. it wouldn't work because of a problem in the car's dashboard...so I asked that the problem had happened in the store...he said he couldn't do it because, according to his knowledge, the problem would be in the car...he understood and was studied in the subject...so mr jordean, I also work with customer service, the least I expected from you was a call to find out if I had solved it or not...and where I work I try to solve the problems, even more caused in the store... .
