★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero resumir minha experiência como cliente nesta oficina!!Falta de respeito com o cliente ,enganação e gambiarra eu paguei pelo serviço e peças, e eles não fizeram me enrolaram, se não fosse minha curiosidade eu não tinha percebido que as peças velhas continuavam no mesmo lugar, aonde se usa abraçadeira de aço eles colocaram enforca gato,nunca vi isto!! a mangueira que era pra ser trocada eles passaram fita insolante se você for fazer serviço nesta oficina a exija a O.S e certifique se se foi feito, levei o carro pra eles fazer o que tinham combinado e que eu avia pago as 7hrs da manhã do dia seguinte achando que eles iria se responsabilizar me enloram novamente, deixaram pra mexer no meu carro no final da tarde, alegaram que não tinha dado tempo e o carro precisa fica lá mais mais um dia !!como essa ofina não e de confiança, eu levei o carro pra minha casa sem eles ter concluído o serviço que eu tinha pago e fiquei no prejuízo !!o que foi feito não era a minha prioridade estou postando pra que mais pessoas não seja enganado!!!
I want to summarize my experience as a customer in this workshop !! Lack of respect for the customer, deceit and gambiarra I paid for the service and parts, and they didn't make me tangle, if it weren't for my curiosity I wouldn't have realized that the old parts remained the same place, where steel clamps are used they put cat hangings, I never saw this !! the hose that was supposed to be changed they passed insolent tape if you are going to do service in this workshop, demand the OS and make sure if it was done, I took the car for them to do what they had agreed and that I was paid at 7 am in the morning next, thinking that they would take responsibility, they flower me again, they left to touch my car at the end of the afternoon, they claimed that there was no time and the car needs to stay there for another day !! as this workshop is not reliable, I took it the car to my house without them having completed the service that I had paid and I was at a loss !! what was done was not my priority I am posting so that more people are not deceived !!!
