★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quer tirar sua carta com eficiência, agilidade e sem dor de cabeça, procure outra autoescola, porque essa é horrível. Completamente desorganizados; perdi as contas de quantas vezes tive que ir desnecessariamente de forma presencial até lá para ouvir algo que poderia ser dito por telefone. Não têm controle de escala, é uma aula em hoje e a outra só 1 mês depois. Os instrutores são ótimos, gente finíssima e muito respeitosos/atenciosos, mas a administração é muito ruim. Foram DOIS ANOS para conseguir tirar uma CNH B por conta de BUROCRACIA, e o problema não foi inexperiência com o carro, passei de PRIMEIRA no exame do Detran, mas se dependesse do intervalo de aulas da autoescola já teria esquecido tudo.
If you want to get your license efficiently, quickly and without a headache, look for another driving school, because this one is horrible. Completely disorganized; I lost count of how many times I had to go there unnecessarily in person to hear something that could be said over the phone. They don't have scale control, it's one class today and the other one only 1 month later. The instructors are great, very nice people and very respectful/attentive, but the administration is very bad. It took TWO YEARS to get a CNH B because of BUREAUCRACY, and the problem was not inexperience with the car, I passed FIRST in the Detran exam, but if it depended on the driving school class break I would have forgotten everything.

O CFC foi realizado na on-line, aulas rápidas e bom professor.
Ótimos os instrutores de carro, amei cada um deles, são super simpáticos e explicam muito bem! Os professores de moto também foram super atenciosos.
Meu processo foi super rápido, e eles sempre esclareceram minhas dúvidas.
Não tive nenhuma surpresa de valor por fora, nem nada! O que me prometeram foi cumprido.

Great car and motorbike school!
The CFC was held online, fast classes and a good teacher.
Great car instructors, I loved each one of them, they are super friendly and explain very well! The motorcycle teachers were also super attentive.
My process was super fast, and they always clarified my doubts.
I didn't have any surprises of value on the outside or anything! What they promised me was fulfilled.
I highly recommend!

Estava fazendo adição de categoria A e não tive problemas com o agendamento das aulas, a organização foi boa, disso não tenho o que reclamar. O problema começou nas aulas, onde o professor não tirava as minhas dúvidas, me deixou cair várias vezes com a moto mesmo vendo minha insegurança, a moto tinha vários problemas que o próprio instrutor reclamava toda aula, mas não faziam nada para arrumar, e o valor das aulas extras era altíssimo! Disseram que não poderiam fazer por um preço melhor e, quando fui fazer a troca de auto escola, "magicamente" me ofereceram desconto. Cancelei minha matrícula com eles, me pediram para escrever uma carta detalhando os problemas que tive e, um tempo depois, o instrutor veio tirar satisfação comigo no meu WhatsApp particular, sendo que ele me pediu o número na primeira aula para podermos ver de fazer aulas mais cedo caso algum aluno faltasse ou algo assim. Sério, uma completa falta de respeito e profissionalismo! Pensei que essa carta seria apenas para feedback, mas o instrutor claramente não soube separar o profissional do pessoal. Não dei o direito dele vir me questionar de "ter falado mal da pessoa dele", sendo que minhas pontuações foram estritamente sobre o fato de eu não ter gostado da metodologia e ele não tirar minhas dúvidas. Sinceramente, procurem outra auto escola, não valeu a pena essa dor de cabeça.

I was doing category A addition and I had no problems with scheduling classes, the organization was good, I have nothing to complain about. The problem started in the classes, where the teacher did not answer my doubts, he let me fall several times with the motorcycle even seeing my insecurity, the motorcycle had several problems that the instructor himself complained every class, but they did nothing to fix it, and the The cost of extra lessons was very high! They said they couldn't do it for a better price and, when I went to change the car, "magically" they offered me a discount. I canceled my registration with them, they asked me to write a letter detailing the problems I had and, a while later, the instructor came to satisfy me on my private WhatsApp, and he asked me for the number in the first class so we could see about taking classes earlier in case a student was absent or something. Seriously, a complete lack of respect and professionalism! I thought this letter was just for feedback, but the instructor clearly didn't know how to separate the professional from the personal. I didn't give him the right to question me about "having spoken ill of his person", and my scores were strictly about the fact that I didn't like the methodology and he didn't clear up my doubts. Honestly, look for another driving school, it wasn't worth the headache.
