Especialmente parabenizar o Lucas, que nos recepciona com muita dedicação, com respeito aos clientes e tão atencioso. Minha filha tinha medo de tentar aprender dirigir e a instrutora Eliana no carro e o Teórico muito positivo do Lucas, superaram esse medo dela.  I want to leave here my satisfaction at having chosen this driving school for my daughter's CNH process. Especially congratulate Lucas, who welcomes us with great dedication, with respect to customers and so attentive. My daughter was afraid to try to learn to drive and the instructor Eliana in the car and Lucas's very positive Theorist overcame that fear of her. Isso é resultado de um esforço conjunto da Auto Escola como um todo, desde a contratação, passando pelas aulas, dadas com atenção, até o dia do exame, onde o resultado de tudo isso se concretiza. Não sei se terei a chance de ver a Eliane novamente, mas agradeço a ela por tudo, e agradeço a você também Lucas, o profissionalismo e a paixão de vocês em exercerem suas profissões impactaram diretamente no resultado que eu e outras pessoas tiveram no exame, continuem assim!
I just took the practical exam and I'm happy to tell you that I passed! This is the result of a joint effort by the Auto Escola as a whole, from hiring, going through classes, given carefully, until the day of the exam, where the result of all this materializes. I don't know if I will have the chance to see Eliane again, but I thank her for everything, and I also thank you Lucas, your professionalism and passion in exercising your professions directly impacted the result that I and other people had in the exam, keep it up!

Quando a auto escola estava sob supervisão dos antigos donos, nunca tive problemas, eram sempre muito atenciosos e sempre respondiam a mensagens por WhatsApp.
Faz mais de dois meses que mandei mensagem por WhatsApp e ninguém me responde!
Tive que ligar.
Acho que se não forem responder WhatsApp, não tenham!
Estou muito insatisfeita e chateada com isso.

Bad service via WhatsApp. When trying to talk to the company about registration, there were no answers to the questions or any desire to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dia já foi boa quando tinha um funcionário chamado Lucas. Hoje tem um péssimo atendimento. Inclusive hoje mandaram mensagem dizendo que eu estava devendo 3 meses motivo este que não liberaram a CNH da minha filhaque fez priva dia 14/04/2022. Entrarei com processo contra a auto escola pois não devo um centavo e já mandei os comprovantes. Totalmente desorganizada.
One day it was good when there was an employee named Lucas. Today there is bad service. Even today, they sent a message saying that I owed 3 months, which is why they didn't release my daughter's CNH, who made it private on 04/14/2022. I will file a lawsuit against the driving school because I don't owe a penny and I've already sent the receipts. Totally disorganized.
