★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar um atendimento via agendamento prévio na auto elétrica do magrao, aguardei o atendimento normalmente, fui atendido pelos funcionários tranquilamente, porém quando o "dono" chegou, nem ao menos me respeitou e me tratou muito mal, alegando que eu estava refutando as afirmativas dele, foi estúpido, grosseiro, arrogante, prepotente, baixo e nem ao menos me ouviu e me deu atenção, eu estava disposto a ouvir e resolver o problema do meu carro, más, a arrogância do que se diz "dono" do estabelecimento a mais de 20 anos, estava acima de quaisquer questionamentos, infelizmente ele perdeu o cliente, pois eu queria somente resolver o problema ou ser orientado, porém a arrogância e a falta de respeito do mesmo, estava acima de qualquer coisa.
