★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem recepcionado, atendimento excelente, o lugar bem agradável com ar-condicionado, e máquina de café, educação dos corretores maravilhosa, não jugaram pera aparência quando cheguei lá me trataram super bem, e acabei comprando meu imóvel com eles !!
 I was well received, excellent service, nice air-conditioned place, and coffee machine, wonderful brokers education, did not play pear appearance when I got there they treated me super well, and I ended up buying my property with them !!

When I was looking for a property to move from the capital to Sorocaba, the only real estate agent that served us well was VIVA REAL, for this reason we can only recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles anunciam apartamentos de dois quartos e quando você vê na prática é uma cozinha americana sem balcão com sala conjugada que vira um segundo quarto. Não entendi nada.
They advertise two-bedroom apartments and when you see it in practice it is an open-plan kitchen with a living room that turns into a second bedroom. I understood nothing.

Minha esposa entregou toda a documentação necessária exigida, nome 100% limpo, e simplesmente disseram que o jurídico negou pois existe 5 cheques devolvidos, provamos por documentos bancários, do Serasa e do Cadin que era falso esta afirmação, e o retorno do Sr. Junior foi este:
Bom dia, tudo bem?! Infelizmente eu dependo da liberação do jurídico pra dar sequência. E como vc comentou da sua necessidade em alugar rápido, eu não quero te prender a isso, então eu agradeço a sua intenção e te desejo boa sorte! Obrigado!

Worst real estate I've known, the service is terrible, there's no return, indifference in service!
My wife delivered all the necessary documentation required, name 100% clean, and they simply said that the legal staff denied it because there are 5 checks returned, we proved by bank documents, Serasa and Cadin that this statement was false, and Mr. Junior's return was this:
Good morning, how are you?! Unfortunately I depend on the legal release to proceed. And as you commented on your need to rent fast, I don't want to lock you in, so I appreciate your intention and wish you good luck! Thanks!

Estava procurando terrenos para comprar no site deles e de repente me deparo com um terreno de valor questionável (abaixo do esperado) logo entrei em contato pelo whats app para verificar se aquele realmente era o valor...a pessoa que me respondeu disse que aquele valor era a entrada então avisei que no anúncio não estava isso, até pq na simulação aparece que o preço é "x" e a entrada era "y" bom eu logo, avisei que propaganda enganosa é crime e pode dar de 3 meses a 1 ano de detenção e pedi para que eles arrumasse isso pois, muitos outros visitantes do site, podem ser induzidos a erro, e fui respondida com enorme grosseria, óbvio que respondi na mesma moeda... Mas, a questão é... uma imobiliária que já começa passando anúncios fakes e com atendimento péssimo, com certeza não vai prover o suporte necessário que você precisa, então procure outras, porque aparentemente está aqui, não trabalha com honestidade, lamentável!
Terrible! I was looking for land to buy on their website and suddenly I came across a land of questionable value (lower than expected) so I contacted via whats app to check if that really was the value...the person who answered me said that that value was the entrance so I warned that this wasn't in the ad, because in the simulation it appears that the price is "x" and the entrance was "y" well I told you that false advertising is a crime and it can take from 3 months to 1 year of detention and I asked them to fix it because many other site visitors can be misled, and I was answered with great rudeness, obviously I responded in kind... But the question is... a real estate agency that already starts passing fake ads and with terrible service, it certainly won't provide the necessary support you need, so look for others, because apparently it's here, it doesn't work with honesty, it's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando procuramos uma imobiliária procuramos ser bem atendido e ter as devidas informações afinal estamos procurando alguém que nos auxiliem para a compra de um sonho, e eu não encontrei isso na Viva Real encontrei corretores que ficava um jogando pro outro falando que não era responsável pelo tipo de imóvel que eu queria, quando entraram em contato comigo saiam totalmente do padrão que eu procurava tentando me empurrar qualquer coisa.
Infelizmente fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento mais graças a Deus existem pessoas com comprometimento que me deram suporte e em 1 semana comprei o que eu gostarai e não foi com a Viva Real.
When we look for a real estate agency, we try to be well served and have the necessary information, after all, we are looking for someone to help us buy a dream, and I didn't find that at Viva Real. of property that I wanted, when they came in contact with me, they totally left the pattern I was looking for, trying to push me anything.
Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service but thank God there are people with commitment who gave me support and in 1 week I bought what I liked and it wasn't with Viva Real.
