★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os mais mercenários de Campinas, me machuquei e tinha mais condições de tirar carta, tive que pagar pra cancelar as aulas já pagas.... Enganam até o cachorro que passa na frente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os professores sao atenciosos, mas a burocracia do simulador eh bem complicada, nao pode atrazar nem 1 minuto sequer se nao perde a aula e paga pra repor, pra agender so pessoalmente na sua unidade originaria (nao tem sinuladores em barão geraldo), para agendar uma loonga fila de espera. Seria melhor se as coisas fossem mais praticas.
The teachers are attentive, but the bureaucracy of the simulator is very complicated, can not delay even 1 minute if you do not lose the class and pay to reset, to schedule only in person in your original unit (no sinuladores in general bar), to schedule a loong queue. It would be better if things were more practical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o atendimento até eles pegarem seu dinheiro , dpois que pega é um desleixo ... Faz você paga a mais pq perdem os comprovantes arruma desculpa falando que foi feito o pagamento em outro CPF ... E sem falar a enrolação pra pagarem a taxa da emissão pro Detran poder emitir.
Very good service until they get your money , after you get it it is a slouch ... It makes you overpay because they lose the vouchers , make an excuse saying that the payment was made in another CPF ... And not to mention the hassle to pay the emission fee for Detran to be able to issue.

Com relação aos instrutores de moto simplesmente perfeito,sou muito Grato ao Diego, Adriano, Rosivaldo, Gabriel e o Cesar todos muito atenciosos pacientes educados prestativos dispostos a ajudar sempre.
Infelizmente com relação ao atendimento de reagendamento que tivemos,devido a Chuva forte que impossibilitou alguns dias de aula a princípio não fomos bem atendidos pela atendente Carol que nos tratou de forma rude e com descaso.Mas ao solicitarmos ao instrutor que resolvesse prontamente ele junto a gerência sanaram o problema com a maior agilidade possível.
Nossa experiência foi 10 demos entrada no processo em 09/02/2022 hoje dia 28/03/2022 minha esposa foi aprovada no exame prático.
Nosso muito obrigado!!!
Agora é só aguardar chegar a Habitação dela.

Unfortunately regarding the rescheduling service we had, due to heavy rain that made it impossible for some days of class at first we were not well attended by the attendant Carol who treated us rudely and with indifference. management resolved the problem as quickly as possible.
Our experience was 10 demos we entered the process on 02/09/2022 today 03/28/2022 my wife passed the practical exam.
