★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A auto escola é muito desorganizada, isso já antes da pandemia depois que você paga o atendimento fica péssimo. Tem um funcionário específico da recepção que é super ignorante, vc só não retruca para o cara não te colocar não atrasar seu processo da auto escola. A auto escola só possiu um carro para treino, o outro é de um funcionário que só tá em Picos nas quintas e sextas( não tem uma consistência nos treinos). A única coisa que salva é alguns instrutores, porque existem instrutores ruins que eles mesmos falam mal do colega de profissão que quem pega tal funcionário é certeza que vai reprovar. A minha dica é reformular a gerência e usar uma câmera que tem lá dentro para ver como é o real tratamento aos clientes, porque ali nós estamos é pagando não é pedindo um favor não. Tem um funcionário homem que é ignorante com todo mundo, que acha que é o dono do mundo e não é.
The driving school is very disorganized, even before the pandemic, after you pay for the service, it's terrible. There is a specific employee at the reception who is super ignorant, you just don't retort so the guy doesn't put you on, don't delay your driving process. The bus school only had one car for training, the other belongs to an employee who is only in Picos on Thursdays and Fridays (there is no consistency in training). The only thing that saves is some instructors, because there are bad instructors who themselves speak ill of their professional colleagues that whoever takes such an employee is sure to fail. My tip is to reformulate the management and use a camera inside to see how the real treatment of customers is, because there we are paying, not asking for a favor. There is a male employee who is ignorant of everyone, who thinks he owns the world and isn't.
