★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e péssimo após receber o pagamento não tão nem aí pra vc Ninguém responde no WhatsApp, si liga mal falam com vc e qualquer coisa que cobrar taxa extra até uma simples impressão do certificado de aula teórica Eu não recomendo pra ninguém. Primeiro é última vez.
 Service is terrible after receiving the payment, they don't care about you No one answers on WhatsApp, if they call, they barely speak to you and anything that charges an extra fee, even a simple printout of the theoretical class certificate I don't recommend it to anyone. First is last time.

Não recomendo pra ninguém ,saibam que estão tratando com pessoas ; Suas incompetente , mal educadas . Não tô indo pedir favor ! Paguei e muito bem pago . Então no mínimo trate com educação e respeito quem faz essa auto escola funcionar .

I do not recommend it to anyone, know that you are dealing with people; You incompetent, rude people. I'm not going to ask for a favor! I paid and very well paid. So at least treat with politeness and respect whoever makes this driving school work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimos professores mas a autoescola é totalmente despreparada e não assumem os erros.
Por falta de comunicação DELES querem que eu perca o valor de uma aula cara que eu paguei para ter, sem contar no juros absurdo, so por que dividi a aula paguei 30 reais a mais no valor total.
E so querem resolver meu problema daqui a 15 dias.
Great teachers but the driving school is totally unprepared and they don't admit mistakes.
Due to THEIR lack of communication they want me to lose the value of an expensive class that I paid to have, not to mention the absurd interest, just because I split the class I paid 30 reais more in the total value.
And they only want to solve my problem in 15 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoescola péssima. Cancelam as aulas práticas sem antes nos informar, remarcam as aulas para o dia e horário que querem, sem ao menos perguntar se o aluno pode. Nos fazem de besta. Fora o atendimento da recepção que é horrível, parece que as atendentes tão fazendo favor. Não recomendo, horrível de verdade!
Bad driving school. They cancel practical classes without informing us first, reschedule classes for the day and time they want, without even asking if the student can. They make a fool of us. Apart from the reception service, which is horrible, it seems that the attendants are doing you a favor. I don't recommend it, really horrible!

Uma auto escola que não tem nenhuma atende de qualidade e mal educada, no local das aulas é o verdadeiro nojo não só para os clientes mais pra os funcionários, com todo respeito essa auto escola poderia fechar para pode parar de enganar o povo. E ou esse estrela não é uma não é zero estrela.
A real bad choice of mine and I'm also sure of the others. A driving school that does not have any quality and poorly educated service, at the place of classes is the real disgust not only for the customers but for the employees, with all due respect this driving school could close to stop deceiving the people. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, após a matrícula as atendentes só lhe atendem com má vontade. Fazem tudo que for possível pra atrasar o seu processo é deixá-lo mais custoso, eu particularmente precisei desmarcar uma aula tentei entrar em contato 6 vezes por mensagem e liguei várias vezes, agora que o dia da aula passou querem que eu pague a aula perdida. Péssima auto escola.
Terrible service, after registration the attendants only serve you with bad will. They do everything possible to delay your process and make it more costly, I particularly needed to cancel a class I tried to contact you 6 times by message and called several times, now that the day of the class has passed they want me to pay for the missed class . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA. Tirar CNH nessa auto escola foi um verdadeiro pesadelo. Na hora da venda a recepcionista é altamente atenciosa e educada, dps que você paga o atendimento vai do 10 ao 0 em questão de minutos, não respondem sua mensagem pelo WhatsApp e quando você liga elas desligam dizendo que não podem atender pq o cliente da recepção tem preferência, porém, quando você vai até lá e está aguardando na recepção elas atendem várias ligações e passam o maior tempo falando ao telefone. Pra resolver qualquer pendência do aluno é um verdadeiro DEUS NO ACUDA, sempre arrumam desculpas pra não ajudar o aluno.
O que ainda salva essa auto escola são alguns instrutores que são atenciosos e gostam do trabalho. De resto... HORRÍVEL!
Fiquei muito feliz e aliviada quando passei nas provas, espero não passar nem na porta deste lugar!
TERRIBLE. Getting a driver's license in this driving school was a real nightmare. At the time of sale, the receptionist is highly attentive and polite, when you pay the service goes from 10 to 0 in a matter of minutes, they don't answer your message on WhatsApp and when you call they hang up saying they can't answer because the reception customer they have preference, however, when you go there and are waiting at the reception they answer several calls and spend most of their time talking on the phone. To solve any pending student is a true GOD NO ACUDA, they always make excuses not to help the student.
What still saves this driving school are some instructors who are attentive and enjoy the work. Otherwise... HORRIBLE!
I was very happy and relieved when I passed the tests, I hope I don't even pass the door of this place!
