★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar. Não possuem instrutores de moto credenciados e só te avisam depois de muito tempo. Não queiram tirar a habilitação de moto aqui, pois vão ignorar a sua necessidade em prol da arrecadação do seu dinheiro.
Bad place. They don't have accredited motorcycle instructors and only let you know after a long time. Don't want to get your motorcycle license here, as they will ignore your need for the sake of raising your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com os alunos. Demoras para agendamento de aulas. Atrasos injustificados , por má administração. Leva muito tempo comparado com outras para conseguir tirar a habilitação. Pessima experiência.
Negligence with students. Delays in scheduling classes. Unjustified delays due to mismanagement. It takes a long time compared to others to get a license. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível atendimento, estou 9 meses esperando para ter minha habilitação e nada, estou esperando 5 meses para começar o cfc e nada, só atrasam, já pedi meu dinheiro de volta e nem isso fazem, muito descaso com o cliente, não estou conseguindo responder o comentário da auto escola, então vai por aqui mesmo, coitado do Dionísio único que tenta alguma coisa, está mais perdido que tudo
Horrible service, I'm waiting 9 months to get my driver's license and nothing, I'm waiting 5 months to start the cfc and nothing, they just delay, I already asked for my money back and they don't even do that, very negligence with the customer, I can't answer the commentary from the driving school, then go this way, poor Dionisio, the only one who tries something, he's more lost than anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei minha habilitação a vista em dezembro, fiz todos os exames médicos em janeiro e estou até agora esperando pra fazer o CFC. Me disseram que ia começar em março, mandei mensagem em março e disseram que seria no final de abril, ainda pedi pra que me retornassem quando abrisse a turma e nem isso fizeram. No final de abril mandei novamente mensagem e eles falaram que só teria previsão para MAIO ou JUNHO. Sendo que dependo da habilitação para avançar em outros projetos pessoais que me demandam tempo e só responderam com um "entendo", nunca vi tamanho descaso com o cliente. Daqui a pouco o prazo de 1 ano acaba e eu não fiz nem o CFC. O que me deixa mais chateada além da falta de organização, é a falta de transparência e comunicação pra contar o que está acontecendo, porque se eu não fosse atrás eles também não iriam me contar sobre esses atrasos nas turmas.
I paid for my driver's license in December, I did all the medical exams in January and I'm still waiting to do the CFC. They told me it would start in March, I sent a message in March and they said it would be at the end of April, I even asked them to get back to me when the class opened and they didn't even do that. At the end of April I sent a message again and they said that I would only have a forecast for MAY or JUNE. Since I depend on the qualification to advance in other personal projects that demand time and only answered with an "I understand", I have never seen such disregard for the client. In a little while the 1-year period ends and I didn't even do the CFC. What makes me more upset, besides the lack of organization, is the lack of transparency and communication to tell what is happening, because if I didn't go after them they wouldn't tell me about these delays in the classes either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, tudo desorganizado e não tem nem um sistema para anotar a sequência dos alunos ( fica tudo literalmente no lápis e papel). Estão me enrolando a 1 ano para tirar minha habilitação, cada hora é uma desculpinha, um diz uma coisa e outro diz outra. Paguei TUDO em fevereiro de 2021 e me colocaram no sistema só em junho/julho "por conta da pandemia", tive que pagar para fazer o curso online e faltando 3 aulas fui obrigada a ir presencial na sede para concluir se não teria que esperar sabe Deus lá quando a plataforma online voltar, não fizeram reembolso algum sobre as aulas que tive que pagar em outubro se não nem conseguiria concluir aquela etapa. Depois de todo esse estresse consegui fazer a prova no Detran só em novembro e não marcaram minhas aulas práticas, alegando não ter vaga e desde então ( hoje, dia 10 de março 2022) ainda não tem vaga e ficam me enrolando para marcar. Sinceramente, não recomendo a ninguém!! Não façam igual eu, pesquisem melhor para não ser feito de idiotas por lugares como esse.
Bad place, everything is disorganized and there isn't even a system to record the students' sequence (everything is literally on pencil and paper). They've been fooling me for 1 year to get my driver's license, every hour is a little excuse, one says one thing and another says another. I paid EVERYTHING in February 2021 and they put me in the system only in June / July "because of the pandemic", I had to pay to take the online course and with 3 classes missing I was forced to go in person to the headquarters to complete if I wouldn't have to wait, you know God there when the online platform comes back, they didn't make any refund on the classes I had to pay in October otherwise I wouldn't even be able to complete that stage. After all this stress I managed to take the test at the Detran only in November and my practical classes were not scheduled, claiming there was no vacancy and since then (today, March 10th 2022) there is still no vacancy and they keep getting me around to schedule. Honestly, I don't recommend it to anyone!! Don't do like me, research better so you don't be made of idiots by places like this.
