★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há quase 4 meses tentando agendar as aulas práticas e cada vez dão uma desculpa: Detran estava em recesso, depois estavam aguardando liberação porque estão mudando de endereço, depois liberação para os alunos continuarem na Autoescola Nova Direção, sequer geram um boleto para pagar o monitoramento. Em contato com o Detran, afirmam que a Autoescola não tem nada pendente que impossibilite o agendamento. Dono Pedro e o filho Douglas não resolvem, prestam mau atendimento. Total descaso com os clientes.
 For almost 4 months trying to schedule practical classes and each time they give an excuse: Detran was on recess, then they were waiting for release because they are changing address, then release for students to continue at Autoescola Nova Direction, they don't even generate a ticket to pay for monitoring . In contact with the Detran, they claim that Autoescola has nothing pending that makes scheduling impossible. Owner Pedro and his son Douglas don't solve it, they provide bad service. Total disregard for customers.
