Ele é uma pessoa muito profissional, educado e sou muito grata por toda paciência que ele possui comigo! Pois no decorrer das aulas, tive muitas dificuldades e ele teve toda empatia de me orientar e me acalmar, é bom ter pessoas assim em uma empresa, pois o atendimento é uma das coisas mais importantes! Sempre foi um sonho dirigir, e graças a Deus a empresa e a ele , estou começando a realizar um dos meus sonhos...Nesse momento quero expressar minha total satisfação com o serviço prestado, serviço baseado em dedicação respeito e paciência, instrutor incrível, responsável, atencioso e muito dedicado, você é nota mil. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima autoescola, acredito que seja a pior de todas. Não gastem o dinheiro de vocês com eles. O site não funciona, o telefone que eles nos repassam p/ solicitar certificado ninguém atende ou desligam, etc. Temos que ficar correndo atrás como se eles tivessem nos fazendo um favor. OLHEM O "reclame aqui" vários relatos. Estou há dias tentando solicitar o meu certificado e nada, me deram um prazo de 24h e vocês não cumprem com nada que falam. Não indico vocês p/ NINGUÉM. Aguardem o procon e a minha advogada.
Terrible driving school, I believe it is the worst of all. Don't spend your money on them. The site doesn't work, the phone they give us to request a certificate no one answers or hangs up, etc. We have to keep chasing after them as if they were doing us a favor. LOOK AT "Complain here" several reports. I've been trying for days to request my certificate and nothing, they gave me a deadline of 24 hours and you guys don't comply with anything you say. I do not recommend you to ANYONE. Wait for the procon and my lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar que em muitos critérios a autoescola necessita de melhorias, gostaria de parabenizar o instrutor de carro Jeová que sempre se mostrou paciente principalmente para iniciantes , como também disposto a tirar dúvidas durante as aulas de direção. Grata pela paciência de sempre!

Tinha um pouco de receio em pegar o carro é fazer baliza mais graças ao bom instrutor que tive "Jeová " ele me ensinou tudo direitinho aonde terminei todas as aulas bem satisfeito até mesmo com o meu desenvolvimento ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiência. falta de compromisso, profissionalismo e atenção das que compõe o corpo de funcionárias da unidade de icoaraci. Trabalho muito, e quase não tenho tempo para resolver pessoalmente os meus compromissos, tento falar por WhatsApp e demoram dias para responder, ligo para o telefone fixo da unidade e ninguém atende, quando pude agendar as aulas teóricas a atendente super indisposta no atendimento, vou finalizar mesmo o meu processo porque não vou jogar 1200 fora mas me arrependo amargamente pela infeliz escolha. ?

I work a lot, and I hardly have time to solve my appointments in person, I try to talk via WhatsApp and they take days to answer, I call the unit's landline and no one answers, when I could schedule the theoretical classes, the attendant super indisposed in attendance, I go really finish my process because I'm not going to throw 1200 away but I bitterly regret the unfortunate choice. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu puder dar um conselho para quem estiver lendo será: NÃO ESCOLHA ESSA AUTOESCOLA! As atendentes são péssimas e mal educadas, a autoescola não marca NENHUMA prova no detran. Tive que ligar sozinha por três meses pra conseguir minha prova e a atendente ainda queria me culpar! Serviço péssimo, comecei meu processo em julho de 2021 e me disseram que só tem vaga para aula prática em agosto de 2022! Não caiam nessa roubada, façam em qualquer outra menos nessa!
If I can give one piece of advice to anyone reading it, it would be: DON'T CHOOSE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! The attendants are terrible and rude, the driving school does not mark ANY test in the DMV. I had to call myself for three months to get my proof and the clerk still wanted to blame me! Terrible service, I started my process in July 2021 and I was told that there is only room for practical classes in August 2022! Don't fall for this scam, do anything but this one!
