★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor autoescola que já encontrei. Estão com o melhor preço e além de tudo, fazem o atendimento valer TOTALMENTE a pena. Excelentes profissionais, instrutores capacitados e atendentes totalmente transparentes. Fui até la durante essa época de pandemia e me surpreendi com o tamanho cuidado que estão tomando com relação ao COVID (álcool em gel espalhado, capas nos bancos dos carros, todos de máscara). Obrigada à todos pelo atendimento desde o telefone até a entrega da CNH. Indico sempre vocês!!!!
 Best driving school I've ever encountered. They are at the best price and, above all, they make the service TOTALLY worth it. Excellent professionals, trained instructors and fully transparent attendants. I went there during this pandemic season and I was surprised by the great care they are taking with regard to COVID (alcohol in a spread gel, car seat covers, all with masks). Thank you all for the service from the phone to the delivery of the CNH. I always indicate you !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento, aulas, instruções, tudo ótimo. Márcia muito simpática e atenciosa. Os instrutores também são bons, dicas importantes e sem estresse. Fiz a de carro e passei de primeira. O processo foi demorado, mas por causa da pandemia, não da autoescola. Logo mais volto pra fazer moto (acima de nóis, só deus e a roda da frente). Abraço pro Leandro, Caio, Davi e Sidney! E, claro, pro melhor amigo de vocês, o Fran.
Service, classes, instructions, everything is great. Marcia very friendly and helpful. The instructors are also good, important tips and no stress. I took the car and passed the first one. The process took a long time, but because of the pandemic, not the driving school. Soon I'll be back to make a bike (above us, just god and the front wheel). Hugs to Leandro, Caio, Davi and Sidney! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Procurei a autoescola em busca de um pacote de aulas para habilitados e não tem instrutora mulher, o pacote é caríssimo e sequer oferecem a opção de buscar o aluno perto, precisa ir lá. Sem contar a forma como falaram ao telefone...
Bad experience. I went to the driving school looking for a package of classes for qualified people and there is no female instructor, the package is very expensive and they don't even offer the option to pick up the student nearby, you need to go there. Not to mention the way they spoke on the phone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optei por essa auto escola devido aos comentários positivos no Google mas acabei me decepcionando em alguns pontos. Os instrutores são atenciosos e qualificados, mas as aulas deixam muito a desejar considerando que não levam os alunos para dirigir no trânsito real, como todas as outras auto escolas fazem. Logo na primeira aula perguntei ao instrutor quando iríamos para o trânsito e me foi informado que a auto escola opta por permanecer apenas no percurso. Sendo assim, meu desempenho ainda não havia sido avaliado. Enquanto isso, outras auto escolas já levam os alunos para a rua desde o primeiro dia, afinal esse é o objetivo da aulas, né? Aprender a dirigir. Essa foi uma das maiores desvantagens, pois dirigir na rua gera mais segurança e experiência para a hora da prova. A comunicação falhou algumas vezes que me passaram informações que mais tarde descobri que não eram verdadeiras, como quando perguntei se era possível ir para o exame prático de uber ou outro carro sem ser o da auto escola e me disseram que não era permitido (sendo que é). O processo no geral foi muito demorado. Realizei a matrícula em outubro de 2020, iniciei minhas aulas práticas em janeiro de 2021 e finalizei apenas em julho. Parte disso, é claro, por conta da pandemia e a necessidade de fechar tudo. Mas também por certo descaso com o aluno, por exemplo, quando eles mesmos marcaram minha aula no feriado por engano e tive que remarcar. O problema foi que só tinha horário disponível para 1 mês depois e eu fui prejudicada por um erro que não foi meu. Passei por alguns incômodos desnecessários que poderiam ser evitados...
I opted for this driving school due to the positive reviews on Google but I ended up being disappointed in some points. The instructors are attentive and qualified, but the classes leave a lot to be desired considering they don't take students to drive in real traffic like all other driving schools do. In the very first class I asked the instructor when we would go to the traffic and I was informed that the bus school chooses to stay only on the route. Therefore, my performance had not yet been evaluated. Meanwhile, other driving schools already take students out on the street from day one, after all, this is the objective of the classes, right? Learn to drive. This was one of the biggest disadvantages, as driving on the street generates more safety and experience for the time of the race. Communication failed a few times and they gave me information that I later found out was not true, such as when I asked if it was possible to go to the practical exam for an uber or another car other than the bus and I was told it was not allowed (whereas It's). The overall process took a long time. I enrolled in October 2020, started my practical classes in January 2021 and only finished in July. Part of that, of course, is because of the pandemic and the need to close everything down. But also for some indifference to the student, for example, when they booked my class for the holiday by mistake and I had to reschedule. The problem was that I only had time available for 1 month later and I was affected by a mistake that was not mine. I went through some unnecessary inconveniences that could have been avoided...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no telefone péssimo, tirou minhas dúvidas, porém funcionária extremamente desagradável, parece também que não estão nem aí, pois falou que não tinha agenda para as aulas e não tinha como dar previsão de quando teria, enfim, perderam um cliente.
