★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 1 mês e alguns dias pelejando para que eles me entregue o certificado para que o detran me libere para fazer a prova . Já coloquei a digital mais de 2 vezes e nunca da certo . Já abriram chamado com a prodesp e nunca obtive a respostas . Fui reclamar com um dos funcionários faltou pouco eu ser linchado na porta pela tamanho falta de comprometimento e seriedade com o aluno.
Não disponibiliza o cnpj de forma alguma , tornando assim a enorme dificuldade para entrar nas pequenas causa. DETALHE: depois de tudo pago eles pinta e borda com a cara do consumidor deixando o revoltado. Jamais pague o curso antes de termina - lo fica a dica.
 I'm 1 month and a few days fighting for them to give me the certificate for the detran release me to take the test. I've put the digital more than 2 times and never works. They have already opened call with prodesp and never got the answers. I went to complain to one of the staff shortly before I was lynched at the door for the lack of commitment and seriousness with the student.
It does not make cnpj available at all, thus making it extremely difficult to get into small causes. DETAIL: After all paid they paint and border with the consumer face leaving the angry. Never pay for the course before finishing it is the tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima comunicação. Não respondem Whasapp direito, desligam o telefone na cara, não passam a informação direito sobre as aulas... Só desorganização e stress.
Bad communication. They don't answer Whasapp properly, they hang up the phone in their faces, they don't pass the information right about the classes ... Just disorganization and stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao Atendimento só deixou a desejar:
- Sem organização no atendimento;
- No período noturno não fica nenhum atendente;
- No final do curso tinha mais horas aulas em um modulo e menos horas/aula em outro, logo houve problemas com a emissão do certificado.
Em relação as Aulas:
- Só estão preocupados com a prova;
- Como não fica nenhum atendente a noite quem resolve problemas administrativos são os professores;
- Didática da professora é muito boa.
- Apostila utilizada é bem resumida e com poucas informações
Regarding Customer Service, it left something to be desired:
- No organization in attendance;
- At night there is no attendant;
- At the end of the course there were more hours of classes in one module and fewer hours / class in another, so there were problems with the issuance of the certificate.
Regarding the Classes:
- They are only concerned with the test;
- As there is no attendant at night, the teachers solve administrative problems;
- Didactics of the teacher is very good.
- Handout used is well summarized and with little information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nenhuma queixa, todos os funcionários sempre me trataram muito bem, o professor Júnior do período da manhã é excelente, tira todas as nossas dúvidas, certificado saiu no mesmo dia que terminou a última aula.
I have no complaints, all the staff have always treated me very well, the junior teacher in the morning is excellent, clears all our doubts, certificate came out the same day that the last class ended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura para antendimento é mínima. Não tem nem banheiro suficientemente privado. A carga horária mínima é de 3h50m, mas não é servido nem mesmo um lanche, somente um café, que fica num canto do corredor em uma garrafa térmica.
Mas o pior mesmo é o fato de se pagar com antecedência pela aulas teóricas + simulador e 1) ter que esperar 1 mês para começar aulas teóricas e 2) ter que esperar mais de 1 mês para fazer as aulas no simulador depois de pegar o certificado.
Não recomendo.
The structure for antendimento is minimal. There is no private bathroom. The minimum workload is 3h50m, but not even a snack is served, just a coffee, which is in a corner of the aisle in a thermos.
But even worse is the fact of paying in advance for the theoretical classes + simulator and 1) having to wait 1 month to start theoretical classes and 2) having to wait more than 1 month to take the classes in the simulator after getting the certificate .
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora que você contrata o serviço, o atendimento é muito bom. Só que depois que você paga, ai eles desligam o telefone na sua cara, não te dão satisfação e o pior não terminam o serviço. Procurei em outubro de 2020 e estou até agora fevereiro de 2021 aguardando, com tudo pago!
When you hire the service, the service is very good. Only after you pay, then they hang up on you, they give you no satisfaction and the worst is not done. I looked for it in October 2020 and I'm waiting until February 2021, with everything paid for!

Instructor Elen was amazing, always soooo helpful and available. It really helped me a lot and I don't think I would have been able to learn so much without it.
