Na hora de vender os serviços são dóceis e te passam a visão de um ótimo negócio, mas após a compra você se frustra.
A empresa não tem porte para alta demanda, oferecem um preço médio para um atendimento e operação medíocre.
Paguem um pouco mais em outras auto-escola, ou gastarão com Dorflex para aliviar a dor de cabeça que essa empresa vai lhe proporcionar.
E nem me mandem seu texto pronto como resposta de pedido de desculpa, pois é apenas uma forma de mostrar que querem resolver o problema, quando no final só querem o "peixe" no bolso.
Obs: Minha nota é 0 estrela, coloquei 1 pois o google não aceita ficar sem estrela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto escola é boa, mais o atraso das provas está matando... Deveriam marcar as aulas uma atrás da outra, tem tantos veículos, porquê dia de quarta e sábado não tem aula? Já começa por ai, ai em seguida vem com os atrasos, 3 meses pra fazer uma prova no Detran... Eu não sei de quem é a culpa e nem quero saber, só queriam que resolvessem isso. Somos consumidores e nossos impostos merecem respeito!
Driving school is good, but the delay of the tests is killing... They should schedule classes one after the other, there are so many vehicles, why don't we have classes on Wednesday and Saturday? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente impossível de entrar em contato com a autoescola. Nunca atentem o telefone e passei por diversos problemas durante o período no qual fiz aulas.
Levei mais de 3 meses pra conseguir fazer a prova prática e quando, infelizmente, perdi, a taxa pra refazer era de R$100 e eu achei realmente caro.
Me senti muito desincentivada a refazer a prova por saber que demoraria muito tempo pra marcar novamente e por sempre ligar e nunca atenderem.
Busquem melhorar o atendimento de vocês!
A única coisa boa que eu consegui ter acesso foi a instrutora Lucinete, que é ótima e tem uma ótima didática, mas de resto, foi um sufoco.

Não me arrependo de ter feito a auto escola iguatemi, pq o instrutor Adriano foi um profissional competente e didático assim como o professor das aulas teóricas de trânsito. Além disso a auto escola Iguatemi possui uma ótima localização e carros conservados. Gostei muito da experiência!! Indico Sem medo para Os conhecidoS e amigos !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu destaque vai para o professor da teórica, não recordo o nome por ter muito tempo que finalizei, sr. Edilson (diretor geral), Adriano (instrutor) e Zene (recepção). São profissionais que se destacam pelo excelente atendimento.
Minha indicação em geral se dá por conta do custo x benefício, atendimento e clareza nas informações.
Não tive uma boa experiência com o primeiro instrutor e irei me comprometer em sinalizar meu feedback diretamente para auto escola. Percebi que em alguns casos o título de “melhor instrutor”, não se dá de fato pelas funções que um instrutor deveria ter. Fiz minha avaliação no Detran por 3 vezes e nessa última, graças a Deus foi um APTO. Fiz aula extra com Sr. Edilson e com o instrutor Adriano. Foi de grande importância, atribuo minha vitória a Deus e as orientações deles.
Dicas para os alunos:
Façam sem medo com a Auto Escola Iguatemi / instrutor Adriano. Mas, independente da auto escola, se identificar qualquer situação que julgue necessário trocar de instrutor. Troque!
Assistam aos vídeos de Leno Matias, aprendi mais com ele do que com o primeiro instrutor. Não citarei nome aqui, mas irei sinalizar minha opinião para auto escola.
Dica para auto escola:
Além de permanecer com o excelente atendimento. Sugiro reciclagem para os instrutores. É importante que esses profissionais tenham oportunidade de se atualizar e de resgatar de fato qual a função deles. É triste que ainda se tenha instrutor que fique no celular, que não tenha clareza nas informações ao passar orientações para o aluno. Entre outras coisas. Que eles entendam que em muitos casos, terão alunos que não tiveram nenhuma experiência por toda vida com carro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instituição deixa a desejar, orientei minha esposa a tirar sua primeira habilitação porem infelizmente ele fez a escolha errada quanto a auto escola. Primeiro começou com informações desencontradas, ela havia solicitado informações referente as aulas, se já estavam presencias e se tinha aula aos sábados assim ela poderia conciliar com o trabalho já que a mesma trabalha próximo. Ela comprou o laudo e foi fazer a matrícula, ai surge a primeira decepção, as aulas continuavam remotas e não tem aulas aos sábados, logo ela teve que se deslocar correndo do trabalho ate a nossa casa para poder chegar há tempos para não perder as aulas, detalhe o expediente dela finalizava as 18 e as aulas iniciavam as 18, logo ela precisou fazer um acordo na empresa para sair as 17 hs para chegar as 18 em casa. Bom se ela fosse informada de forma correta, ela teria feito a auto escola do próprio bairro que tinha horários melhores por exemplo das 19 hs as 22 hs....
Outra decepção. as aulas por serem remota o sistema que precisava registrar as horas aulas, para constar sua presença sempre bugava ou seja parava de funcionar, ou caia o sistema, com isso ela teve problema e mesmo informando que teve esse problemas ela precisou repetir as aulas, sem contar que a conexão do professor era péssima, o tempo todo caindo e travando, Bizarro!!!
Outra decepção horários de aulas praticas só tinha disponível a noite, no percurso da av Tancredo neves ,quem conhece sabe que o engarrafamento nessa área é insuportável quase ela não aprendia a sair da segunda marcha, por muita insistência e argumentos ela convenceu seu professor a mudar seu percurso, segundo ele ela não precisaria mudar de marcha no dia da prova... outra bizarrice.
E por ultimo essa decepção de marcar o dia da prova e só ter dia disponível 3 meses depois do ultimo dia de aula, certo a auto escola vai dizer que é a demanda do Detran, certo.. porém convenhamos que quem procura a auto escola para aprender do zero não vai conseguir lembrar do que "aprendeu" de forma rápida em dias de logos engarrafamentos 3 meses depois e executar de forma considerável para que permita sua aprovação.. isso é uma grande utopia.
Então meus amigos baseado nessas informações é provável afirmar que;
Primeiro minha esposa não vai passar no exame,(marcado para agosto de 2022)
Segundo, a escola é uma instituição financeira que só se preocupa em ganhar seu dinheiro,
e Terceiro.. Se você está procurando uma auto escola melhor ,não faça essa!!!

And finally, this disappointment of scheduling the day of the test and only having a day available 3 months after the last day of class, right the driving school will say that it is the demand of the Detran, right.. but let's face it that those looking for the driving school to learning from scratch won't be able to remember what you "learned" quickly in days of logos traffic jams 3 months later and perform considerably to allow your approval.. this is a great utopia.
