★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive excelente experiência com a autoescola. E nos últimos tempos tenho percebido uma melhora ainda maior principalmente na atenção as minhas demandas. O ruim é que o DETRAN tá demorando muito pra marcar os exames teóricos e mais recentemente o prático. Mais de 2 meses pra o DETRAN marcar. Ontem saiu o resultado e fui aprovado de primeira! Só tenho agradecer a meu instrutor Quintela e a galera pelo apoio. Vlw
 I had an excellent experience with driving school. And lately I've noticed an even greater improvement, especially in paying attention to my demands. The bad thing is that DETRAN is taking a long time to schedule the theoretical exams and more recently the practical exam. More than 2 months for DETRAN to mark. Yesterday the result came out and I was approved right away! I just have to thank my instructor Quintela and the crowd for their support. Vlw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei na autoescola no início do ano antes de fechar por conta da pandemia. Só pude retornar a ativa depois de junho. De lá pra cá tenho notado uma melhora qualitativa na empresa. Melhorando o atendimento (que ainda precisa melhorar um pouco mais, mas já tá em bom nível), excelentes instrutores (pacientes, honestos, com disposição e atenciosos) e a gestão e logística do processo melhorou consideravelmente. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos e continue assim com a gana de cada vez mais entregar o melhor
I started driving school earlier this year before closing because of the pandemic. I was only able to return to active duty after June. Since then I have noticed a qualitative improvement in the company. Improving the service (which still needs to improve a little more, but it is already at a good level), excellent instructors (patient, honest, willing and attentive) and the management and logistics of the process have improved considerably. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são excelentes, mas as atendentes são extremamente grossas e mal educadas. Não indicaria essa auto escola nem para meu pior inimigo ! O preço foi a unica coisa atrativa, ainda me arrependo profundamente de ter me matriculado nessa auto escola. Quem puder não fazer aula com elas, aconselho. Estou desde 2019 tentando tirar minha cnh e sempre sou deixada de lado. Espero que em algum momento eu consiga me livrar !
The professionals are excellent, but the attendants are extremely rude and rude. I wouldn't recommend this bus to my worst enemy! The price was the only attractive thing, I still deeply regret having enrolled in this bus school. Who can not take classes with them, I advise. Since 2019 I've been trying to get my cnh out and I'm always left out. I hope that at some point I can get rid of it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionárias totalmente despreparadas para lidar com o público. Os professores excelentes, mas infelizmente não compensa. As atendentes só são receptivas até você pagar. Depois que você paga não são nenhum suporte. Fiz a compra em 24/12/2020 e até hoje 21/11/2021 não fiz as provas práticas. As atendentes sempre me deixam por último. Conheci alunos que começaram bem depois na mesma autoescola e já concluíram o processo. Para vocês terem ideia, fiz a prova teórica em maio e só marcaram minhas aulas práticas para final de outubro. Quando havia atraso por parte da autoescola o aluno não era avisado e apenas ficava em pé esperando a aula começar, mas se o aluno atrasar 15 minutos tem que pagar R$50 para repor a aula. Repito, embora OS INSTRUTORES SEJAM EXCELENTES, não compensa o estresse e a dor de cabeça de fazer o curso de condução lá. Venho ir formar por meio deste que a direção da empresa foi alterada. O novo diretor tem feito mudanças significativas na postura da empresa em relação ao atendimento ao aluno! Ainda não terminei meu curso, mas o atendimento prestado pela nova direção precisa ser ressaltado e elogiado! Se continuar como está a voltará a ser uma boa opção para fazer o curso de condução. Retornarei em breve com atualizações.
Terrible service, employees totally unprepared to deal with the public. Excellent teachers, but unfortunately it doesn't pay. The attendants are only receptive until you pay. After you pay there is no support. I made the purchase on 12/24/2020 and until today 11/21/2021 I have not taken the practical tests. The attendants always leave me last. I met students who started much later in the same driving school and have already completed the process. To give you an idea, I took the theoretical test in May and my practical classes were only scheduled for the end of October. When there was a delay on the part of the driving school, the student was not notified and just stood up waiting for the class to start, but if the student is 15 minutes late, they have to pay R$50 to make up the class. Again, even though THE INSTRUCTORS ARE EXCELLENT, it doesn't make up for the stress and headache of taking the driving course there. I come to form through this that the direction of the company was changed. The new director has made significant changes in the company's attitude towards student service! I haven't finished my course yet, but the service provided by the new direction needs to be highlighted and praised! If it continues as it is, it will once again be a good option to take the driving course. I'll be back soon with updates.
