★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, quero agradecer a todas as funcionárias que fizeram parte do meu processo pra tirar a cnh, todas super atenciosas e muito interessadas em resolver todas as etapas do processo, auto escola nota 10 e super honesta, auxiliando os alunos até segundos antes de realizar a prova prática, nao tenho oq reclamar, podem confiar 100% e obrigadoo por tudo!!! Até a próxima!!

Novos alunos os olhem como os responsáveis respondem os comentários e saberão que essa autoescola é uma péssima escolha.
Fatima extremamente estúpida, pressão totalmente desnecessária, fora que ela me tratava como se eu tivesse pedindo um favor, eu estava PAGANDO e o mínimo que eu merecia era ser bem tratado, nunca desrespeitei ninguém para receber tanta arrogância e mau humor.
Zero comprometimento, no dia da prova prática eles avisam que você precisa chegar lá com pontualidade apenas para te deixar horas em pé, com atrasos de mais de 1hr. Todos os alunos do dia estavam agoniados falando do descaso e demora.
Lixo de instituição.

Zero commitment, on the day of the practical test they warn you that you need to get there on time just to leave you standing for hours, with delays of more than 1hr. All the students of the day were in agony talking about the neglect and delay.

A Fátima é muito grosseira,ela gritou comigo no telefone, porque por conta da chuva, me atrasei para uma aula, e queria repor a segunda aula do dia, pagando apenas a aula que eu realmente perdi, mas disseram que eu não poderia e que deveria pagar as duas aulas. A funcionária Keily também gritou comigo no telefone, dizendo que era regra da auto escola e que eu teria que pagar as duas. Gravei a ligação com a Fátima e vou atrás dos meus direitos, não indico pra ninguém! Se puderem escolher, escolham outra, para não serem maltratados. Eu nunca vi um atendimento desse nível. Gente, eu estou abismada! Eu nunca fui tratada dessa forma por nenhuma outra instituição.
TERRIBLE! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a auto escola para ninguém, vamos la, após você pagar tudo, eles te bloqueia no wattsapp não te dão o mínimo de suporte e não tem a mínima consideração com o cliente que pagou uma fortuna justamente para evitar quaisquer transtono, a taxa que eles cobram pra emitir cnh e de 140 reais onde descobrir que o Detran cobra apenas 50,00 a administração quando entrei na auto escola pegaram minha biometria e me disseram que como estava na pandemia nao tinha necessidade de ir ao poupa tempo, meu acompanhante questionou, e eles disseram que era devido ao covid19, terminei as aulas praticas de carro e fui impedida de fazer a prova justamente por essa biometria que eles alegaram terem feito e depois disseram que nunca me informou isso (mesmo meu namorado ao meu lado) tive o constrangimento de ir ate o poupa tempo em cima da hora (pois se eu soubesse teria adiantado esse procedimento bem antes). Agora vamos la, marcaram a prova de moto, a auto escola nos informou que o horario da prova seria 9:00 horas, chegando la nossos nomes nao estava na lista, tentávamos entrar em contato com os mesmo, e eles não retornavam, consegui entrar, muitos alunos retornaram e acabaram perdendo, a gente fez a prova 14:00 todo esse transtorno. Agora a minha carta deu problema pois eu tinha pedido para mudar o endereço de emissao e nao fizeram, agora vou ter que entrar com um processo de danos morais, e reclamar no procon, sendo que a unica coisa que eu queria era a minha CNH. Nao tenho o que falar dos professores, sempre foram bem gentis comigo.

Now my letter was a problem because I had asked to change the issue address and they didn't do it, now I'm going to have to file a moral damage lawsuit, and complain to the procon, and the only thing I wanted was my driver's license. I have nothing to say about the teachers, they were always very kind to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente desde o primeiro contato que eu tive com a Carla, que me tranquilizou e incentivou a ser uma mulher habilitada pois eu nunca havia nem seuqer sentado no banco do motorista, nem para ter a sensação kkk. Os instrutores Bruno, Gui, Mauri e a Lu sempre bem humorados e com muita paciência, me deram ensinamentos para a vida, além das outras funcionárias que sempre foram muito prestativas e simpáticas, desde o primeiro dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi meu grande dia, o dia em que retirei a minha tão esperada CNH na auto escola Paris, após apenas 2 semanas de espera, assim como me foi informado, e gostaria de registrar que tive uma experiencia sensacional nesta auto escola. Eu não tinha nenhuma prática de volante e cheguei lá muito insegura e com muitos medos, porém o acolhimento da equipe foi tão especial comigo, que não tenho nenhuma reclamação da auto escola, e sim dizer que fiz lindas amizades através de todo acolhimento que obtive durante o processo. Lu, Mauren, Bruno, Fátima e Keyle, são pessoas sensacionais, que com certeza irei me recordar como pessoas primordiais que me ajudaram a vencer este desafio. Não paguei quebra, fui na raça, somente com que aprendi nas aulas, que aliás, se você for dedicado, passará de primeira. Até mesmo no nervosismo no dia, eles conversam com você, e te dão dicas de como ficar mais calmo, pois é isso que realmente faz muitos alunos serem reprovados, e não nenhum problema com o método da escola, isso eu tiro pela minha experiencia própria. A auto escola possui regras, como qualquer outra instituição de ensino, onde se você souber respeita-las, eu garanto que não existirá problemas e sim uma linda jornada para a realização de um sonho de superação, assim como foi pra mim. A não esquecendo que vim através da indicação do meu irmão, que aliás também recebeu a habilitação dele, só que na semana passada, também tendo a mesma experiencia que a minha, onde ainda se encontrava bem mais nervoso e inseguro que eu e mesmo assim passou de primeira, sem nenhuma infração, somente com o método adquirido pela escola. Então sem mais, deixo aqui, minha gratidão eterna ao time da auto escola Paris por terem feito parte desta minha etapa de vida e do meu irmão concluída com sucesso! #Habilitadoscomsucesso! Rs \o/

I didn't pay a break, I went in the race, only with what I learned in classes, which by the way, if you are dedicated, you will pass first. Even in the nervousness of the day, they talk to you, and give you tips on how to be calmer, because that's what really makes many students fail, and not any problem with the school's method, this I get from my own experience .
