Atendimento péssimo, 1⁰ vez que estava marcado o exame ligaram e desmarcaram, 2⁰ vez que marcaram o exame, caiu no primeiro dia que entrou na fase roxa e o Detran compareceu no exame e adivinhem, auto escola não compareceu e nem sequer deu um parecer aos alunos, tivemos que nos juntar para ter alguma comunicação da auto escola, fora o atendimento da Rose recepcionista que é péssimo e nada profissional. Agora estão cobrando $20 para imprimir um papel com os horários das aulas, sendo a segunda via, até parece que eles não tem isso em PDF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ética zero! Um dos piores atendimentos que já recebi na minha vida. Ao descordar de algo eles aumentam o tom para falar. Após a restrição da quarentena no estado de SP (fase roxa) a Auto escola também não me avisou que tinha retornado seu funcionamento e as aulas. Falta de consideração com o cliente. Lamentável!!! As motos são muito velhas e os onstrutores ficam jogando truco durante as aulas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Instrutor das aulas foi excelente. Em compensação o atendimento e as informações que deveriam ser dadas aos clientes não poderiam ser piores. Existe vaga para Deficiente mas o portão fica trancado ou a vaga ocupada com carro da própria auto-escola. O acesso a recepção é em aclive acentuado. A atendente não tem conhecimento ou não dá as orientações necessárias ao andamento e providências do processo.
Chegou a responder que não sabia qual era o próximo passo para a emissão da CNH para PCD, após aprovação no exame do DETRAN.
Resta perguntar: Se a auto-escola não tem conhecimento sobre os procedimentos inerentes ao serviço que oferece, quem tem?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive problemas para fazer a cnh. Atendimento rápido, não enrolam como em outras autoescolas. (Fiz o cfc com uma colega e a auto escola dela demorou muito para marcar a prova teorica e as aulas praticas, no meu caso tudo foi agilizado, recomendo.
