Totally irresponsible with the consumer, they guarantee the apartment and then say they don't accept guarantor from another city. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridículo essa imobiliária, apresentei documentação de renda e fiador e depois de uma semana vieram falar que não aceita fiador de outra cidade (apartamento de 1,5 milhões não serve de garantia para esse povo) ridículo, enrolado, perdi meu tempo e paciência. Bando de incompetentes!
This real estate agency is ridiculous, I presented income documentation and guarantor and after a week they came to say that they do not accept guarantor from another city (1.5 million apartment does not serve as a guarantee for these people) ridiculous, convoluted, I wasted my time and patience. Bunch of incompetents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desde o dia da visita do apartamento ja tinha mandado documentos, falado sobre o fiador e demoraram uma semana pra falar que nao aceitariam o fiador (meu pai, imovel de +1milhao), além da enrolação pra envio de contrato
sabiam da minha situação e que precisava me mudar e ainda fizeram isso, fazendo eu perder o outro apartamento nos garatindo que estaria tudo certo
