★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima, eu tive um problema no terminal do cabo da marcha do meu carro (a peça custava 35 reais) , ele inventou que o problema era na caixa de de marcha e me cobrou 1450 reais.
Os cabos eram originais de fábrica com 10 anos de uso precisavam ser trocados, já estavam bem desgastados (era isso que estava gerando o problema), ele nem tocou no assunto, só falavam em caixa de marcha ( pois a manutenção é bem mais cara). Então ele reconectou o terminal do cabo com uma borracha usada ( eu guardei ela comigo)!!! e por isso 1 mês depois ela soltou de novo. Ou seja, ele sabia qual era o problema real. Na primeira vez que aconteceu eu confiei no mecânico e não procurei informação a não ser a dele, quando ocorreu o problema uma segunda vez , um mês depois, então fui buscar informação com outros profissionais que me ajudaram a descobrir o que realmente era.
Entrei em contato com essa mecânica novamente e fui ainda por cima mal tratado. Caso eu queira mexer no problema será por meio de advogado perante um juiz.
Outra coisa, meu cunhado que conhece o mecânico, comentou com ele que eu estava com problema no meu carro, e pasmem!!!!, ele me ligou oferecendo os seus serviços, então eu questionei como ele estava sabendo do assunto (Pois eu ainda não havia contatado ele) e ele disse que o meu cunhado havia comentado.
Eu nuca vi isso, mecânico ligar na sua casa oferecendo serviço antes de você contata- lo.

The first time it happened I trusted the mechanic and didn't look for information except his own, when the problem occurred a second time, a month later, so I went to get information from other professionals who helped me figure out what it really was.
I got in touch with this mechanic again and was badly treated. If I want to deal with the problem it will be through a lawyer before a judge.
Another thing, my brother-in-law who knows the mechanic, commented to him that I was having a problem with my car, and amazing !!!!, he called me offering his services, so I questioned how he was aware of the subject (because I still had not contacted him) and he said my brother-in-law had commented.
I never saw that, mechanic calling at your house offering service before you contacted him.
