Fui na Destaque Nissan Caragua dia 07/11/2019, agendei para ver um problema no cambio e um barulho que tinha, ao agendar, com a atendente Monique, fui informado que seria cobrado R$225,00 caso não fosse constatado nenhum problema, valor referente a visita? achei um absurdo, porem fui mesmo assim, pois confiava no serviço deles. Ao chegar fui atendido pelo mecanico Anderson, super atencioso, logo ele se disponibilizou a dar uma volta no carro para verificar os problemas informado, ele constatou o barulho e disse também para trocar o fluido do freio/cambio. Fizemos o orçamentos das peças que daria algo em torno de R$1100,00 e disse para eu ver com a Monique quanto seria a mão de obra, informou que seria 2hs (450,00), lembrei ela de não esquecer do fluido R$137,00(o fluido) e ja iria fechar o pedido com eles, porem ela adicinou ao pedido e disse que iria adicionar +1 hora de serviço pelo fluido (total R$675,00 de mão de obra), achei um absurdo e ela respondeu que era norma da empresa, na hora desisti e disse apenas para fazer então o serviço do fluido e deixar pra lá as péças para sanar o barulho do carro.(lembrando que só continuei com o serviço pois caso contrario teria que pagar R$225,00 pela visita). Ao ela fazer o novo pedido me passou o valor de R$587,00 e perguntei o porque desse valor, disse que era o Fluido +2 horas de serviço e novamente questinei ela, pois anteriormente havia informado que para o fluido seria 1 hora. Me respondeu que 1 hora seria se tivesse as peças, porem só o fluido eram 2 horas. Um roubo descarado. Chegando em casa Liguei na Iremoc em Guaruja (13)3383-2900 e perguntei quanto seria a troca de fluido, me informou que seria R$400,00, perguntei o porque do valor e disse que era o valor do fluido +1 hora de serviço. Resumindo, não vão nessa concessionaria, vão a algum outro mecanico de sua confiança ou se estiver na garantia, vão na Iremoc em Guaruja ou Santos que são honesto nos valores.

Fui muito bem atendido pelo vendedor Yago, sei que devido o Carnaval houve um atraso, mas vender um carro sem estar devidamente quitado por parte deles foi uma péssima experiência. Mas de 15 dias na entrega é de desanimar o cliente e nesse prazo ainda não sair já com a documentação foi o pior. Precisa melhorar nessa questão pois se o carro não estiver totalmente disponível não venda. Fica a dica
