★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento decepção em todos os sentidos!!!não comprindi com os prazos de entrega do veículo, enrolado não tem transparencia nenhuma com o cliente. Achando porta não somos fuzileiro ou mecânica somos burros assim que eu me sente. Em fim meu carro nunca mais passa nessa oficina e se depende de mim não indico a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, o Sr. Paulo me destratou, foi um grosso, me senti uma otária, idiota, fiquei sem ação, contratei um serviço de pintura em um frigobar pequeno, pedi pra ele dar uns retoques na pintura ele fingiu que ia fazer, desmontou o frigobar, arrancou a pintura com uma faca e mandou o funcionário colocar no meu carro, que ele não ia mais mexer, porque ele não fazia esse serviço porque estava me prestando um favor, favor esse que me custaria 200 reais, nunca imaginei que isso poderia acontecer, achei que um senhor da terceira idade teria mais respeito e educação. Minha nota é 00000. Fica aqui o meu repúdio à esse senhor.

Menos de dois meses depois de realizado o reparo e a pintura do veículo (muito bem remunerados), os riscos cobertos pela tinta (em ambos retrovisores e na lateral direita) voltaram a aparecer. Na traseira do veículo, a tinta se desprendeu e começou a formar ondulações. Levei o carro para que o serviço fosse refeito, mas, apesar de prometerem garantia de 3 meses, negaram o conserto. Disseram que os problemas eram provenientes de novos acidentes (???). Ou seja, chamaram-me de mentiroso. Curioso que seriam novos acidentes nos mesmos locais dos reparos, ocorridos em apenas dois meses, e em todos os lados do carro. Não dá para confiar. Culpa grave ou má-fé mesmo. Não recomendo. Sem confiança, não dá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço ficou muito aquém do esperado, cheio de marca, bastante grosseiro mesmo (Isso que levou 7 dias úteis). Me foi oferecido para levar o carro novamente, mas não houve qualquer confiabilidade, fui à um martelinho de confiança que teve que refazer todo o serviço.
Não espere contar com as atendentes, elas nunca te retorrna uma ligação, precisam ser mais profissionais.
The service fell far short of what was expected, full of brand, quite rude (it took 7 business days). I was offered to take the car again, but there was no reliability, I went to a reliable hammer that had to redo all the service.
Do not expect to have the attendants, they never return a call, they need to be more professional.
