★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz a matrícula em janeiro, paguei mais que a metade e simplesmente a diretora DAIANE me informou que a auto escola não irá dar aulas porque eles não tem dinheiro para contratar um instrutor, e que não irá devolver o dinheiro pago para a auto escola, e simplesmente mandou eu ir procurar os meus direitos no Procon.
I enrolled in January, I paid more than half and simply the principal DAIANE informed me that the driving school will not teach because they have no money to hire an instructor, and that they will not return the money paid to the driving school, and simply ordered me to go and look for my rights at Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo principalmente pelo pouco caso com o cliente e tamanha grosseria.
Não se comprometem com o cliente, não dão satisfação e se você pede uma satisfação, agem com uma grosseria sem tamanho e dizem que não tem oque justificar.
Deram três datas para minha prova e nunca foi agendado nenhuma delas, quando pedi uma justificativa, falavam que era é um problema na taxa, então fui lá na auto escola para entender, já vieram com a rescisão do contrato, pois não gostaram de ser cobrado por uma coisa que EU estava pagando.
Depois consultei no site do Detran, vi que esse problema de taxa era na verdade, que os mesmo não tinham se quer efetuado o pagamento da taxa para realizar a prova do Detran.
Fechei com eles devido a uma indicação, talvez era diferente a alguns anos atrás, mas agora única coisa que tenho é o arrependimento de ter fechado com eles. ???

I was given three dates for my exam and none of them were scheduled, when I asked for a justification, they said it was a problem in the fee, so I went to the school to understand, they came with the termination of the contract, because they did not like to be charged for something that I was paying.
After consulted on DMV's website, I saw that this problem rate was actually the same had not either paid the fee to carry proof of DMV.
I closed them due to an indication, perhaps it was different a few years ago, but now only thing I regret is having closed them. ???
