★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um serviço de troca de bicos injetores na loja da Rua Hermelindo Matarazzo a 1 mês...tudo ok.
À 2 semanas, todas as vezes que eu acelerava o carro parecia que o escapamento silencioso estava solto..fui até a loja e conversei com o atendente Carlos que solicitou a verificação junto ao mecânico.
O mesmo verificou que estava solta e virada para cima, ocasionando o barulho...a peça foi colocada na posição e apertada adequadamente.
Talvez se tivesse levando em outro lugar, tivesse que trocar a peça inteira.
Parabéns pelo rapidez e principalmente na honestidade do trabalho!!
I did a nozzle exchange service at the store on Rua Hermelindo Matarazzo for 1 month ... everything ok.
At 2 weeks, every time I accelerated the car it seemed that the exhaust muffler was loose ... I went to the store and talked to the attendant Carlos who requested the check with the mechanic.
The same verified that it was loose and turned upwards, causing the noise ... the piece was placed in position and tightened properly.
Maybe if I took it somewhere else, I would have to change the whole piece.
Congratulations for the speed and especially the honesty of the work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problema com a alavanca de câmbio, fizeram o diagnóstico das bucha, paguei a vista pelo serviço e não trocaram todas as buchas, disseram que os outras estavam boas, porém paguei pelo kit inteiro,não ficou bom, retornei 3x e na última me disseram que teria que trocar a alavanca inteira porque a minha estava quebrada, porém no dia do diagnóstico não foi me falado isso, pois se estivessem falado eu teria mandado fazer o serviço de qualquer forma, pois queria o carro com o problema resolvido, resumindo, meu problema não foi solucionado, gastei R$500 a toa e se eu quiser resolver, me cobraram R$490 a mais, por um erro deles.. infelizmente sai insatisfeito
I had a problem with the gear lever, they diagnosed the bushings, I paid cash for the service and they didn't change all the bushings, they said the others were good, but I paid for the whole kit, it wasn't good, I returned it 3 times and in the last one they told me that I would have to change the entire lever because mine was broken, but on the day of the diagnosis I was not told that, because if they had been told I would have had the service done anyway, because I wanted the car with the problem solved, in short, my problem was not solved, I spent R$500 for nothing and if I want to solve it, they charged me R$490 more, because of their mistake.. unfortunately I leave dissatisfied
