I HAD A LITTLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE, I WAS COMMANDED AT THE WORKSHOP TO TAKE OUT THE DAMAGED PIECE, AND WHEN I SHOWED TO THE SELLER, HE GIVEN ME A 4 PIECES TO SHOW THE MECHANIC TO SEE IF IT WAS LIKE THE OLD ONE, SUMMARY, NO SERVICE, NO PROBLEM, FOR ALMOST THE NEW CITY, UNTIL I FOUND IT IN RADIAUTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vendedores são muito apressados e nem sei o motivo de tanta gente ir nesta loja, tudo mais caro. Fui orçar uma peça para meu carro e a diferença foi enorme mais R$50,00 em comparação a outra loja.

O vendedor DESESPERADO para bater cota vendeu uma peça que não dava no carro e ao chegar no mecânico o mesmo disse que não servia. Voltei na loja e "SURPRESA" o vendedor disse que não devolvia o dinheiro (mesmo sendo um erro dele)! Deram uma carta de crédito pra eu gastar na loja. A pergunta é: COMO VOU CONFIAR DE NOVO NESTA LOJA?
I bought a part for my car at this store and reported everything about the car. The salesperson DESPERATED to beat the quota sold a part that didn't fit in the car and when he arrived at the mechanic he said that it didn't fit. I went back to the store and "SURPRISE" the seller said he would not return the money (even if it was his mistake)! They gave me a letter of credit to spend at the store.
