★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica um fiasco. Não adianta investir em equipamentos e não investir em bons profissionais e qualidade de atendimento. A maioria dos vet não são cuidadosos. Preço acima do que mtas clínica boas. Se diz do povo mas não passa de nome. Fujam da especialidade ortopedista deste lugar. Empurram vários exames. Não dão atenção e cuidados especiais quando o animal está internado.
Meu gatinho foi atropelado e precisei deixá-lo internado, visto a condição, ele fazia coco deitado, quando fui buscá-lo o bixinho tava imundo não tiveram a decência de me entregarem ele limpo. Em decorrência da fratura ele estava com um ferimento na perna e me entregaram ele sem o curativo, com a ferida exposta e sangrando. Anotaram o peso errado e o medicaram como se tivesse dois kg a mais. Em fim, uma série de irregularidades que demonstram a falta de cuidado e profissionalismo.
O vet que nos atendeu mal olhou o gato, parecia mais estar preocupado em ver se sua vasta lista de exames tinham sido aprovados.
Não sei se é a cultura organizacional desta empresa mas os poucos bons veterinários não duram neste local.
 Clinic a fiasco. It's no use investing in equipment and not investing in good professionals and quality of service. Most vets are not careful. Price above the good clinic. It is said of the people but it is no more than a name. Escape from the orthopedic specialty of this place. They push several exams. They do not give special attention and care when the animal is hospitalized.
My kitten was run over and I had to leave him hospitalized, given the condition, he would poop lying down, when I went to get him the little cat was filthy they didn't have the decency to deliver it clean to me. As a result of the fracture, he had a wound on his leg and they gave him to me without the bandage, with the wound exposed and bleeding. They noted the wrong weight and medicated him as if he were two kilograms extra. Finally, a series of irregularities that demonstrate the lack of care and professionalism.
The vet who attended us barely looked at the cat, seemed more concerned to see if his vast list of exams had passed.
I don't know if it's the organizational culture of this company but the few good vets don't last in this place.

Terrible service! The vet is very weak and the receptionist is only on her cell phone watching tiktok and doesn't answer people properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica! Não quero nem passar na frente dela. Minha cachorra não tinha condições de cirurgia, mas confiei e muito arrependida perdi minha cachorra pois foi decaindo e ñ resistiu, uma boa avaliação clínica não teriam operado.
Terrible clinic! I don't even want to pass in front of her. My dog was not able to undergo surgery, but I trusted and very sorry I lost my dog because it was decaying and did not resist, a good clinical evaluation would not have operated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO lugar para levar seu animal de estimação. Não recomendo! O atendimento é duvidoso, meu cachorro passou por maus bocados nesse lugar. Não há cuidado pelos profissionais. Até mentiras sobre exames foram ditas por veterinário que foi desmascarado vergonhosamente. Se tiver opção, escolha um local de sua confiança. Não hesite.
TERRIBLE place to take your pet. I do not recommend! The service is dubious, my dog had a hard time at this place. There is no care by the professionals. Even lies about exams were told by a vet who was shamefully unmasked. If you have the option, choose a place you trust. Do not hesitate.

Todos os profissionais são extremamente atenciosos, prestativos, educados, responsáveis, e a clínica possui uma equipe de médicos veterinários competentes, éticos, os quais trabalham com seriedade e respeito. Não tenho nada para reclamar. É uma clínica completa, 24 horas, com preços acessíveis, produtos de primeira linha como Royal canin, infraestrutura e equipamentos modernos. Meu animal foi super bem tratado até o último segundo da vida dele, e sou grata por todo cuidado que tiveram com ele. Recomendo fortemente para qualquer pessoa, e afirmo: é a melhor clínica veterinária de Ananindeua. Parabéns a todos os funcionários da clivep. Deus abençoe vocês por todo amor e cuidado que tiveram com meu cachorro.
Every time I went there, I received excellent service. All professionals are extremely attentive, helpful, polite, responsible, and the clinic has a team of competent, ethical veterinarians, who work with seriousness and respect. I have nothing to complain about. It is a complete clinic, 24 hours a day, with affordable prices, top-notch products like Royal canin, infrastructure and modern equipment. My pet was super well cared for until the last second of its life, and I am grateful for all the care you took with it. I highly recommend it to anyone, and I say: it is the best veterinary clinic in Ananindeua. Congratulations to all employees of Clivep. God bless you for all the love and care you gave my dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei porque apesar do local ter com certeza um bom aparato com equipamentos e tudo mais, a veterinária que atendeu meu cão estava sendo legal até que na hora ela disse que precisa internar o meu cão e fazer uma transfusão de sangue, só que eu estou desempregado há dois anos e eu não tinha dinheiro aeh ela ficou pistola como se eu tivesse comentendo um crime e comecou a falar comigo de qualquer jeito, como se eu não tivesse querendo melhorar meu cachorro. Uma bolsa de sangue custa no mínimo 500 reais e tem as diárias de internação, que ela nem pra falar o preço quis falar pq ela sabe que custa caro, detestei o comportamento. Pela misericórdia de Deus levei meu cachorro pra casa e ele morreu dormindo. Não gostei da forma do tratamento. No dia do juízo final meu cachorro terá sua memória vingada.
I didn't like it because even though the place certainly had a good apparatus with equipment and everything else, the veterinarian who attended my dog was being nice until she said that she needs to hospitalize my dog and have a blood transfusion, but I am Unemployed for two years and I didn't have any money aeh she took a pistol as if I was committing a crime and started talking to me anyway, as if I didn't want to improve my dog. A bag of blood costs at least 500 reais and has hospitalization rates, which she didn't even want to mention the price because she knows it costs dearly, I hated the behavior. For God's mercy I took my dog home and he died in his sleep. I didn't like the way the treatment was done. On doomsday my dog will have his memory avenged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns 2 anos e meio atrás levei minhas srd pra uma consulta e amei o atendimento,muito diferente dessa semana. De preços populares não tem nada. R$400,00(de cada) só os exames pre operatórios,não te avisam quando fica pronto, pediram pra retornar com a mesma médica que atendeu elas tamanha as 20:00 porque era o turno dela. Médicos confusos e infinitos retornos com mais e mais exames (pagos claro) , cada um com um médico diferente que não conseguia nem saber quem tinha feito o atendimento anterior, enfim , desisti da castração.

About 2 and a half years ago I took my srd for an appointment and I loved the service, very different from this week. Popular prices have nothing. R$400.00 (each) just the pre-op exams, they don't tell you when it's ready, they asked to return with the same doctor who saw them so much at 20:00 because it was her shift. Confused doctors and infinite returns with more and more exams (paid of course), each one with a different doctor who couldn't even know who had done the previous service, in short, I gave up on castration.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Não aconselho.
Eles não atendem o telefone.
E por isso tive de ir e voltar em Belém só para pegar um resultado de hemograma que era para eles terem mandando para clínica de bolsa de sangue.
Não se importam com o público!
The first doctor was excellent, the second, thinks of a Liar Doctor, the attendant, terrible.
I do not advise.
They don't answer the phone.
And that's why I had to go back and forth in Belém just to get a blood count result that they were supposed to send to the blood bag clinic.
They don't care about the public!
