★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma trava pro meu carro e a mesma estava com defeito, devolvi e deixei o valor como crédito e pedi para o vendedor pedir uma calha de chuva e uma lanterna traseira e eu pagaria a diferença, 1 mês depois voltei lá não tinham nem a lanterna nem a calha aí vendedor falou que na outra loja tinha oq foi um absurdo pq não me falaram que tinha antes , a loja fica a 10 min, pedi o reembolso do valor e não gostaram muito, aí no final perguntei se tinha uma peça e o vendedor gordinho não fez questão simplesmente falou que não tinha sem olhar no sistema e sem olhar na minha cara, só não do zero pq não tem como , mais uma coisa posso fazer nunca mais comprar lá, nesses tempos difícil as lojas deveriam atender melhor do que nunca pq nunca se sabe quando vai faltar cliente e as portas fecharem ok, fica a dica para os donos da loja aqui.
I bought a lock for my car and it was defective, I returned it and left the amount as credit and asked the seller to ask for a rain gutter and a taillight and I would pay the difference, 1 month later I went back there they didn't even have a torch not even the gutter there said that in the other store there was what was absurd because they didn’t tell me they had it before, the store is 10 minutes away, I asked for a refund of the amount and they didn’t like it very much, then at the end I asked if there was a piece chubby salesman didn't insist, he simply said he couldn't without looking at the system and without looking in my face, just not from scratch because there is no way, one more thing I can never buy there again, in these difficult times stores should serve better than never because you never know when a customer will be missing and the doors will close ok, here's the tip for the store owners here.
