★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira impressão não foi boa, entrei c/ o carro e ninguém veio me atender, tive de saltar e buscar ajuda. Foram todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, John, Humberto, os preços parecerem justos, mas depois de fazer reparos na Mathedi, diversas vezes, fiquei c/ a impressão que usam peças recondicionadas ou coisa pior, pois c/ menos de 4 meses de trocados, os pivôs da suspensão tiveram de ser substituidos novamente e a Mathedi não honrou garantia alguma, em peças que deveriam durar anos, sequer um desconto. Já foram 3 pivôs de um lado e 2 do outro, não volto mais e não recomendo, reclamei c/ John, que culpou as ruas esburacadas. Lamento.
The first impression was not good, I got in the car and nobody came to answer me, I had to jump and get help. They were all very friendly and attentive, John, Humberto, the prices seemed fair, but after doing repairs at Mathedi, several times, I got the impression that they use refurbished parts or worse, because with less than 4 months of change, the suspension pivots had to be replaced again and Mathedi did not honor any warranty, on parts that should last for years, not even a discount. There have already been 3 pivots on one side and 2 on the other, I won't be back and I don't recommend, I complained to John, who blamed the bumpy streets. Am sorry.
